“I don’t usually shop Tommy Hilfiger but I happened to walk past them at the outlet mall and went in.

I purchased 2 shirts for summer events.

Their products are good, they have great variety, and this outlet store is well stocked!

As you can see in the photos, they have plenty of items in every color and size on their shelves.

The staff is friendly, courteous, and willing to help when needed !”

“Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. J Crew is fortunate to have them. They are good people and represent excellent customer service. I hope J Crew would recognize their contribution to the store’s reputation. “Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. It is very clean well designed and easy to find what you need.”

“Windsor carries a great variety of women’s clothes in every imaginable, color shape, and size!

Their shelves are well stocked with everything from formal to casual.

They have evening gowns, and Daisy Duke shorts.

Everything is well displayed. The store is clean and neat and the staff is very helpful and courteous.”

“This is a great well designed store that contains mostly sportier type of clothing!

You won’t find a suit or formal dress but what you will find is comfortable, sporty clothes that can be worn to a BBQ, sports event or any event that says “dress casual”!

Clothes were well displayed, the inventory was varied and well stocked and the staff was good!”

“Kimberly and Trevor were a HUGE help! I went to multiple locations trying to get an online return situated. They went above and beyond and exhausted all options so I didn't have to run around to more locations and even called customer service so I didn't have to deal with it. They made a very frustrating situation easy for me and are truly the best.”

“Reasonable stock of men's pants. Not really outlet pricing. Sales but not fire sales. I wish they had some of the more esoteric colors and cuts that are online since it's Levi's but they have traditional colors and washes”

I was having so much trouble finding a specific pair of jeans that my granddaughter loves and I was stressing about working up the courage to ask one of the young workers for help, as I am an older woman. However, I was then approached by a lovely young worker who helped me find the pants and even assisted in finding a matching shirt. Thank you, Ashley, for that wholesome interaction! “Amazing experience at this store on July 4th' 2024! My wife and I were visiting Chicago from CA. She went shopping at this Under Armour store in the mall in the evening of July 3rd. That night she realized she had lost Tiffany's white gold bracelet with diamonds that I had gifted her for our 25th anniversary! She could not sleep that night! Next morning we called the store. Alex (did not ask for his last name) picked up the phone. We explained the situation. He put us on hold - it took longer than expected so we thought they could not find the bracelet and it is gone! To our surprise, when Alex came back on the call, he asked for us to identify the bracelet. Once we did he said, he has the bracelet. It was such a relief to hear that. We were overjoyed. We drove to the mall, met with Alex at the store and he handed us the bracelet. This bracelet has sentimental value for us but is also very expensive. We are so grateful to Alex for what he did. We appreciate his customer service, honesty, integrity and effort to thoroughly look for out prized possession. Thank you so much, Alex.”

“This store is located in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. The store is clean and very organized. The customer service here is very good. I was having a difficult time finding my size in a particular shirt, and someone came to help me search for it. The clothes are nice and they fit well. Some of there items can be pricey but they do have good sales.”

“I had an excellent experience at this Gucci store. I’ve been a customer for many years and have purchased Gucci at Neiman Marcus when they had a store there and at the Oakbrook location. I must say the Rosemont location was exceptional. The store manager and the client advisors were friendly and warm. They tried hard to find the bag I was looking for. I’ve made 2 purchases and plan on visiting again in the future. I recommend this location highly.”

“A great Hypebeast sneaker store that has a great selection of the popular in demand sneakers that you cant find in regular sneaker stores. They specialize in Nike SBs, Jordan 1s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 11s, Dunks, a few Bape and Yeezys as well as hypebeast / popular streetwear clothing brands such as Supreme, Fear of God, Bape, Gallery Dept, Anti Social Social Club, Comme De Garcons, their own custom merch, and more. They also carry caps/hats and misc Supreme items.The store is super spacious and large, has some good decor, multiple workers to help customers, good customer service, a prize machine with Nike Jordan grails,They have a good selection but not many sizes for every shoe so its almost like a boutique with a large selection but not for every size which is a bummer.However they still are a bit more fair on pricing than similar sneaker stores of its kind.”

“Located conveniently on the second floor of the fashion outlets of Chicago check out the store for great deals on your favorite Vince products. Everyone who was working there today it was super nice and helpful and was able to get everything that I wanted. It’s also quite convenience that there is a T shop ran outside that has smoothies and also many other drinks.”

“Calvin Klein is the best! Everything at their place is so clean and organized. Their service in the changing rooms and in the whole store are so amazing. You can find anything you need here, also those items that you did not actually know that you need it, and those worth to purchase. They have so many great selections, from clothing, pants, shoes, accessories, underwear, and other. You can also find some great deals here, such as promos, discounts, and sale items. You can literally save a lot of money here compared when you are going to shop in other stores around the place. This Calvin Klein got the perfect location, it is so easy to find, and it is so near to other well-known places around the city. You can also notice once you visit that their place is so huge compared to other stores, they always maintain their place so clean, nice, and bright. What a great place to shop. The staff here is also great, they are so friendly, helpful, and they all know how to treat and assist all of their customers. All of them are so accommodating and decent. Really love this place. “Calvin Klein is definitely one of the best popular brands. It is a good thing that I went to this mall with my family so I did not waste my chance to also visit this store. I just really like the quality and the simplicity but seems expensive of their clothes. I do not know if it is only but their clothes are just great and definitely one of the best. Prices are expensive yes, but it is definitely worth every penny. this location is pretty big and it is super clean and well-lit. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I personally think that their current designs and selections are lovely. I also like that their selection is not too colorful. I definitely love their fleece jacket collection that made me buy one. I wore it already and it is just so perfect for me. Their clothes are really one of the best considering its quality, design and all but definitely not the best option when it comes to their prices but if you are willing to spend much for your clothes then this store is really one of the best options I can suggest.”
