I refuse to give coach anymore than 1 star (if I could give zero I would) their customer service is TERRIBLE! They’re rude, they mess up almost every order by saying they have it in stock only to say oops it’s actually out of stock and this is AFTER I order and pay, and they’re representatives are useless and could care less about they’re mistakes. Been waiting for a pair of boots my husband bought me for Christmas that still aren’t here 3 weeks later and guess what? Now they’re out of stock! And they don’t even email or let you know in anyway, I had to call and see where my out of stock present is. And their response? “Oh sorry” pitiful answer! SMH don’t shop here it’s not worth the headache!

Absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced! They have a variety of selections to choose from but whenever I order and pay for something, a week later they say " oops we're actually out of that item". I've been waiting on my Christmas present for over 2 weeks and when I finally reached out to them they said "oops we're actually out of that item". They didn't try to email, call, or contact me in anyway. And their way of resolving the issue is a half hearted apology that does nothing. Save yourself a headache and shop anywhere else, coach does not care about their customers or whether they are happy or not with their experience. I'd give zero stars if I could!

Quick to take your money but impossible to get it back. Placed a ship to home order at their store, but ordered the wrong size. I came back to the store 5 minutes after the transaction was completed and was told I had to call customer service even though they processed the order for me. I called customer service and they told me they were supposed to handle the cancellation because customer service isn't able to see the order right away. Now I have to wait for the item to arrive at my house, and I have to return to the store or a USPS. So many steps and such an inconvenience just because managers nowadays don't want to do more than they are required to do. Terrible customer service.

Great Mickey signature collection!!!We’re a Disney household so when Coach and Disney collaborate, we’re definitely on the hunt for these precious pieces.Clean store with organized shelves and an abundance of products.Thank You.

Customer service was good and no complaints regarding my purchase.Not a relaxing place to shop. They had DJ who played extremely loud and could not hear over his music.Made 1 purchase but could have bought another handbag but just wanted to leave the store and music.

I can't understand why this store receives so many five-star reviews. Sure, the sales are decent, but don't get me started on the cashiers - their attitude is REALLY BAD. They're incompetent enough to finish basic tasks like entering shipping and billing addresses correctly. My order ended up with an incomplete shipping address and a wrong billing address! Somehow, the payment got through, but now I'm stuck with a shipment without a unit number.I immediately notice the issue and point it out, their response was extremely ridiculous. They told me that the shipping address cannot be changed, leaving me to sort out the mess with UPS after they create the shipping label. Why should I have to deal with their screw-up? It's their responsibility to fix it, not mine! Naturally I requested them to cancel the order and create a new one. But guess what? There was only one item left, making it impossible for them to do so.So I decided to take matters into my own hands and called UPS to sort out the address issue. But, surprise surprise, they informed me that they couldn't change the address due to "shipping restrictions." What a load of rubbish!Now, UPS claims they attempted delivery, but apparently, they missed me. What a joke! This entire experience has been nothing but a colossal waste of time and energy. I'm thoroughly frustrated and disappointed with this store's cashiers.So please STAY FAR AWAY from making any online orders from this store. You'll thank yourself for avoiding this DISASTER of a shopping experience.

Terrible customer service. Would have expected more from a “higher” end store but I bought a pair of shoes from here a little over a month ago for a professional job and the shoes are peeling on both and they look very unprofessional. I was told by coach customer service to return them at the store or mail them so I went into this store and they did nothing for me and were super rude about it, and tried blaming the peeling on me when I bought them about 45 days ago. Yeah for I didn’t get them at Walmart so I’d expect them to not peel after 2 months. What a joke I will not be buying from ANY coach ever again.

I was shopping online and saw a coach purse an the color to go perfect with an outfit I purchased months ago.I went into the information part where I can pick it up at a store, and it detail Rosemont IL, shopping center, I went and the color that was displayed on their website didn't match what they had in the back...., I still purchased the item, but was a little disappointed because it didn't go with my outfit

Everyone that walks into this store appears to be so happy. They are smiling or laughing because of the discount prices for a designer purse. Look around the next time you go in the Coach Store. It's like kids at an Amusement Park.
