My buddy bought a pair of shoes that cost him $100 and they sent him the wrong size and when he tried to get the right size they said there’s nothing we can do about it and did not wanna help him

Sales Rep Halen is very rude and very unprofessional. I am a regular buyer of cole haan shoes but this type of behavior is unacceptable , i have never seen the same in any store of cole haan. I will think twice before going to cole haan especially rosemont location.

Better price online!! While the store and salesperson were good, found a better deal online for the exact same coat. Disappointing that outlet store do not offer best prices during thanksgiving.

Primarily, this is a shoe store, but they do carry a few other items as we see in my photos below.
The shoes are well laid out and displayed, and were well stocked.
The store is primarily modern design and it’s easy to navigate to store and find what you need.
The staff was very helpful, courteous, and willing to help you with anything you needed.

A nice collection of discounted items, the sales ladies are very helpful, however what seems to be the shop manager was very tough when I asked for a sales refund certificate for the airport. She insisted that they dont participate in this

The female manager like a fat pig and sales guy threatened and harassed to customer who wants to exchange their goods. They are Very rude, ugly, mean. No attention and customer care for customer. The manager is so lazy and doesn’t have any knowledge, she cannot add and remove discounted items on her computer ???.Don’t go there!!!

Poor customer service. They don’t accept exchange/returns, when I bought a wallet as gift, I asked them if the item can be returned/exchanged and they said yes, and gave me a gift receipt. On the receipt, exchange and returns were allowed until January 19, but on January 18, they said they are not accepting the item. And the guy there even said “you can give it to another person as a gift, blah blah blah”. Rude.
