Walked up, gave all my info, was told 20-30 mins to be filled. Walked around target aimlessly waiting, then walked back to the counter and was told they misread and the medication is not in stock.
How. We trust you to tell us the correct information from your back end that we do not have access too. Wasted half an hour of my time and I have to drive to an hour away now EACH way and I MIGHT have my prescription filled.
You could have yelled, you could have tried to call. I trusted you word and, I might need to wait another day for medication I was promised over the phone would be filled today.
This is the third time Iva had issues with this pharmacy this month. You don’t make mistakes with peoples medication as trusted professionals.
Well… not trusted anymore

I was terribly upset when pharmacy was closed and had to go somewhere else. I missed the great service and employees who work there Jessica and Veronica are caring and do an excellent job! 5 🌟

Veronica saved the day! We were getting ready to fly out when my husband realized he grabbed the wrong insulin pen .. we called and within 25 minutes.. we were ready to go ! Thank you so much

We were trying to find an over the counter medication and having a difficult time. We noticed one of the technicians at the front of the pharmacy. She cut us off before we could even ask our question to state she was off the clock and could not help. Even when we told her that it was not to pick up a script, she refused to hear us out. She continued to walk back and forth behind the counter in view of everyone and repeatedly stated she could not help. Do not expect to be treated with respect if you come to this CVS pharmacy. It was an incredibly rude and unprofessional experience.

THIS PHARMACY DOES NOT TAKE GOODRX.
Despite taking it before, when I went to pick up my prescription I was told by the pharmacy that they “no longer take GoodRx at this location” and “sorry, it was a recent change.” There is no signage posted anywhere about this. I got stuck paying more than double what I was anticipating and I’m already on a tight budget. Will not be coming back here and am disappointed.

This CVS is in a huge Target store, and it is a long walk to get there once inside. I can't imagine an elderly person trying to get to it.I called to have prescriptions transferred from another CVS. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes someone took my information. After three days nothing had been transferred so I tried again. This time was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. I ended up calling a different store that had everything handled in less than an hour.

Been getting my prescriptions filled here for over 2 years and service has never been this bad. They’ll leave you on hold when they have no customers. I went in while I was still on hold on the phone and magically someone was able to help me? When I asked why, she said she was alone but as I said there were no customers. What really happened is they were close to closing for lunch and they didn’t want to bother. So frustrating as this is the closest CVS and it wasn’t always like this.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!There are much better pharmacy around than this branch.The staff/pharmacist was incredibly irresponsible. They told me to come back in 10 minutes to get the prescription ready, but when I returned, they said they were on a 30-minute break. I had to suffer another 30 minutes with a painful backache because of their incompetence.There were no signs indicating their operating hours or break schedule.

It’s Saturday at 2:00pm and no one is at the pharmacy!!!! Maybe put up a note. Website says open until 5:00pm!!!!!! My time is valuable!!!!!!!
