This FedEx at Hyatt Hotel imposes predatory fees on guests for receiving packages. At other Hyatt locations worldwide, you can have a package sent to the hotel and pick it up without issue. However, at this location, you’re required to collect your package from the FedEx office, where you must pay an additional receiving fee based on weight—on top of the regular delivery cost. For example, I received two envelopes from Amazon and was charged $4 each just for receiving them. If your package is heavier, the fees will be significantly higher. Worse yet, if you refuse the shipment, they’ll still charge you a return fee. This practice is blatantly exploitative and warrants a one-star rating for anyone staying here and expecting to receive packages at the hotel.

The worst service! Guy who works there didn’t know to show me how to use print machine and scan on both side of paper! Lost half hour of trying and quit! Worst service!!!

Refuse to take a return package originally shipped by Fedex, 1st scuse the return item was in two boxes, after tape boxes together, staff refuse the package for oil bottle inside. The box was originally send for FedEx. For now on will go to UPS. Tanks
