As a new FedEx user and being from international, I was bit uncertain of how this would work, but I should not of worried. The staff were calm and patient, and even though the gentleman was not from this specific store, he worked efficiently and helped in all aspects of shipping, including packaging it up.The location of this one is IN the Hyatt, but I'd certainly come back. Also this one opens a hour before the rest in area. Well done FedEx.

This is the worst fedex location I have ever been.There isn’t any parking , it’s inside of the Hyatt hotel: lotsa cars are just blocking everything .Staff refused to accept my drop off package with label on it, even if I said that I don’t need a receipt, Because they “clocked out” for break! What is the problem just putting my package in the office and scan it after coming from break?! Unprofessional, lazy , seem to don’t care staff.

Convenient location inside the Hyatt regency. Full service Fed ex store. Raul is running store great service and knowledgeable. No signs outside but it is in the Hyatt regency first floor to your right

I have to give 5 Stars because of Lisa who works this facility. She was incredibly helpful! This Hyatt is directly connected to the Convention Center and I didn't have a rental car this time so this was absolutely convenient. Lisa told me right away that they have an extra fee because of that which I don't mind paying because it is cheaper than getting a rental car or Uber to another Fedex Location. Plus you can borrow their cart to get the packages from the Convention to them. It was quite stressful putting down the booth and packing up in time and in the hurry I forgot my tablet at this office. Lisa kept it safe for me so I was able to pick it up the next morning before leaving Chicago. I am going to utilize this service next year again.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE - There is a definite reason this FedEx has such terrible reviews, wish I had looked through them before deciding to go in. First off, it's in the hotel and kind of hard to find, not to mention no official parking. Then they have this "convenience" fee for sending things with pre-paid labels. There is another FedEx close by - 9510 W Higgins Rd, Rosemont, IL - go there instead

Park far far away with a hotel parking Tix, walk far far away to the FedEx inside of the hotel, they close weekends and most time during weekdays

Inside the hotel. Unless you want to pay Valet or walk 4 blocks , 0 parking. Not worth the hassle!

Avoid at all costs. The Hyatt adds an additional $20+ "handling" fee to drop off a prepaid label package (fee varies on package weight). I spoke with FedEx and they said this is a Hyatt policy. Awful customer experience.
