Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. J Crew is fortunate to have them. They are good people and represent excellent customer service. I hope J Crew would recognize their contribution to the store’s reputation. Again, thank you, Melissa and Aiden💕

I just visited this store and had a terrible experience. I went in for a couple of items and when I could not find them, I asked the store manager Jacqueline for help. She was very rude, disrespectful, and very unhelpful. The way she treated her employees was also very unprofessional and disrespectful. Please don’t shop at this j crew, you will be greeted with terrible service from a store manager that has no clue how to treat others with respect. I have never had a more terrible experience shopping and will never be returning to this location again.

my son & I - not white, visited your new store in Schaumburg , IL. Were waiting in checkout line, crew members saw us but ignored, until a white woman also joined the line. As soon as that happened, they opened up another register. My son didn't want anything anymore because he was disgusted by this blatant racism! We will never visit to J Crew ever again!

Not a store I shop at anymore but came in and ended up finding a sweater and necklace for literally $30 total with the extra percentage off. Not too shabby.

They had a good selection, with most items at 40% off. I like that they write your name on the dressing-room door. Checkout was easy and friendly.

LOVE, J.Crew Factory, their clothes are not only beautiful but the quality is excellent. Great sales online, I have to say the stores have a very limited amount of clothes on the sale rack but the employees are always super helpful and ready to put the order in the store for you with free shipping if they don't have what you're looking for. One of my favorite places to shop for my family.
