Back in July I came to the store and purchased a purse and a pair shoes for my daughter birthday. And I thought I had the right size no I didn’t. I called the store to see if I could send them back and get a bigger size because I don’t live nowhere near a Kate store. And they say yes. They send the same shoe back in a bigger size something the manager Shawnice didn’t have to do. She made my daughter birthday special for me. This store has the best customer service it is. Thank Shawnice for all you done and Kate spade staff as well y’all rock

If you’re looking for a cheap plastic purse, this is not the place to shop!
This outlet store carries the finest Kate Spade purses.
The store is well designed displaying older items, the shelves are well stocked, and the variety is great.
The staff is friendly and very helpful!

I got a handbag as a gift and I didn’t like it so I wanted to exchange it for store credit. I didn’t have a receipt but I’ve always been able to get store credit before, I’ve never had to keep something I don’t like. The employee was very rude when I asked if store credit was an option. She said without the tags the purse would have to be damaged, which is ridiculous because I know they can write out a new tag and put it back on the sales floor. I have friends who have worked for Kate Spade and they told me she should have been able to give me store credit. I find it extremely disappointing how unkind she was when I asked questions. I’ll never be going to this location again.

Absolutely love this location! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they really care about their customers. I always see the associates and managers going above and beyond. I will definitely make sure to bring more people to this location and shop here. The girls take the time to gift wrap everything so nicely even it’s busy.

Not impressed with this location. They don't have a great selection (I know it's an outlet) but I've been to other KS outlets and they have much better selections, perhaps it's just because the store is too small to have much out. One thing I noticed is the service you get is based on how you dress. When I shop I don't wear high heels tons of jewelry, I dress for comfort because I'll be doing a lot of walking and carrying bags. I do dress nicely though. It's kind of like the Pretty Woman treatment, never assume I don't have money to spend because of how I'm dressed.Would t go back here and don't recommend.

My boyfriend and I called the store to check for a specific bag in stock and received a very unfriendly associate who wanted to hang up as soon as we called. I understand it's black Friday I don't expect super fast amazing service but if you can't help customers on the phone why answer. I also had a rude run in with the manager at the oak brook center. I'm not sure who I spoke to at this location but please try to do better!

Honestly the customer service here was terrible. My friend and I were looking at bags, and probably would have purchased more if anyone had been helpful. My friend noticed a stain on a white purse, and asked one girl to try and clean it. The worker faked trying to clean it and then admitted other people had already tried cleaning this bag. She was very condescending so we just put the bag back. When we left the store, we set off the alarm and thought there might be a security tag still on the bag. When we walked bag inside to double check, the same girl rudely said "you're fine" and didn't even check our purse. We then set off alarms at every single store we visited after, and later found a security tag. For how many employees we saw, hardly any were helpful or kind to us, which honestly ruined this brand. You can have great promotions but bad customer service will kill your sales.

Walked in and greeted right away, by a super helpful and welcoming store associate named Mary Jane,she showed me all the current sales which were amazing and price checked items for me.She was great.

Located at the top floor next to Bloomingdale's.Durable, beautiful bags with minimalist design. Plenty of options at a great price. Unlike other outlets, these bags do not sacrifice quality for cost. Their Staci line in particular is my favorite. I've bought their tote, crossbody, and wallet, all in gray and white to match!Customer service is wonderful as well: anytime an item is not available in store, the associates will go ahead and order it online for you to ship free to your home.I would advise against purchasing their wallets, though. Many of the zip-ups don't close well, and their mini's can't hold more than a couple of cards, although there are more slots. Speaking from experience!

I really love this brand! promotions were excellent. I went in as soon as I arrived and I saw many things that I wanted to buy but I decided to do the shopping on my return to the parking lot, on the first visit a very kind person attended me, when I returned another saleswoman also attended to me very kindly, she got what I wanted new, but Then the person who had attended me on the first visit appeared, claiming that he had already attended me, and they had a small discussion in front of me. It was very uncomfortable for me, I had to withdraw a bit Since I did not want to be a reason for discussion, I also work in customer service and I understand that commissions are handled, but it is important that this does not affect the good atmosphere towards the client and teamwork. finally the first person attended to me, Mary Jane I think that is the name, but already a little more in a hurry to finish my purchase. I really wanted to look at more stuff, but I felt a little pressured with all the discussion.
