I stop by every time I'm at the mall. I’ve always enjoyed exploring their new product launches, especially the fragrances, which are consistently unique and luxurious. The Shea Moisture line and Immortelle Divine collection feel like a spa in a bottle—deeply pampering and perfect for gifting. And the thoughtful samples with every purchase makes the experience feel even more special.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this store. The staff, particularly the ladies working here, were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like I was a bother rather than a valued customer. There was no greeting, no offer to help – just cold attitudes and dismissive looks. I honestly can’t understand how they expect people to want to shop here with such unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

Although the shop is small, they still carry a great variety of hand, creams, lotions, etc., etc.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The products are varied and well stocked.

This location is such a great location for product and customer service. Liz is very knowledgeable and friendly. She loves to help the customer. I enjoy coming to this store from Indiana for a wonderful product and the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.
