I was doing shopping for Christmas and I was pleased how nice employees were in this store. Everyone was attentive and was trying to help even though it was busy. Anastasia was very helpful and friendly, she helped me to get what I wanted and Im so happy with my purchases

Slow service and rude staff at the register. This company doesn't tell you anywhere that if you buy online, you must start the return on your phone then go to the store and wait in line to process it. Doesn't matter if you have the order number and confirmation email. Very annoying process, no other company works this way for returns. You must also have the credit card you used to return. Another poor business practice is that if bought an item in store and the price dropped, online customer service will not help refund you the difference. You must buy the item again and return the original.

Staff is consistently unfriendly, unapproachable, and just unpleasant to interact with. Never have had a pleasant experience at this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors store in the Fashion Outlet of Chicago due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the cashier on duty. Her dismissive attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome — which is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Michael Kors.
The name badge she was wearing said Brianna, however when I asked another staff member to confirm her name, I was told it was Laxia. So I’m not sure her name so I attached the receipt with cashier number. Regardless of the inconsistency, no customer should ever be treated this way.
I am extremely upset by this experience. I will be returning my purchase tomorrow and advising my friends and family not to shop at Michael Kors.

His name is “TROY “and he is a white guy with short hair, this is the way i got treated in one of the popular brand Michale Kors
Thank You Michael Kors for treating me this way ….I am going to tell to all of my friend and family to not go to the Michael Kors.

I absolutely love shopping at this store! During Christmas time I shopped here for my teenagers and purchased a MK belt for one of them. Unfortunately, it was too long and needed to be sized. I took the belt back and I was told by one of the associates that they wouldn’t be able to size it there. When I explained the situation to Troy the manager, he was nice enough to do it for us. He truly went above and beyond to provide great customer service and even helped us shop some more. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this store.
