Next level terrible. 'Carlos' over charged me twice then took 20 minutes to figure out how process a refund.. a refund I'm yet to see. No apologies, blamed the system which he clearly had no knowledge of. Couldn't speak English so an effective resolution and clear understanding was impossible.
Cheap clothes and cheap staff... get what you pay for.

I had to go back to get a refund because the register receipt did not match the amount my card was charged. When I went back to ask the sales associate she did not give me a reason or even talk. It was a very odd interaction. She walked away quietly to get the manager to do the refund. The manager didn’t apologize , show concern or even acknowledge me. He did not address how the sales associate added over $8 to my card or ask any questions.I can’t help to feel like I was being deceived intentionally or someone was trying to add a tip for themselves. The sales associate even used a calculator when she was charging my card so apparently she never planned on charging my card what the register displayed.

We buy some winter clothes for our kids. After 1st wash everything show up quality. Our money we arent gonna spend anymore here.
