Essentially, there's a need for improved staff training. I drove 25 minutes each way to return an online order, only to be informed that I had to present the original credit card. This was not mentioned in the return instructions, which simply advised visiting a store for a quick and easy return. I find it hard to believe that this requirement is valid, given that people can use options like PayPal for online purchases. What happens in such cases? eeeee, it was just a frustrating experience. Despite the inconvenience and one hour wasted, nobody seemed concerned.The next morning, armed with my credit card, I visited a different Nike location in the west suburbs. Surprisingly, no one asked for my credit card, and the return process was quick and easy. The inconsistency in policies among staff members highlights the need for standardized training. Time was wasted in the process, but it's time to move on :-)

I was there today 11/5/2023 to exchange a pair of shoe's the my daughter get for her birthday and I didn't have the receipt I told the cashier the we need size 6 and the shoe's the I was returning was 7 1/2 they make me pay 11 dollars for the ( taxes) on the shoe's Again, they order the exact same shoe's and send it home . So why I have to pay taxes again ? if the person paid those taxes when they purchase the shoe's to start with , the store manager tell me the they where doing me a favor to exchange the shoe's with out the receipt like if I was stilling something from them !!! Worse customer service. They act like if they own the store . Our money works everywhere and nike is not the only shoe's store !!!! THEY FORGET THE IF WE DON'T SPEND MONEY THEY DON'T HAVE A JOB ....and the one star is for the cashier lady other wise will give nothing

At the time, I purchased a pair of Jordan 4s. I thought the shoes were cool at first, but once I got them, I was uninterested. I begin to explore seeking professional assistance since I believe I have an impulsive buying habit.The only option open to me is to return the shoes; shortly after completed, the app will generate a bar code and present a list of actual stores around me. I chose it due to the fact that it is close to where I work.I went there during the middle of my lunch break on a weekday and was astonished at how busy it was. this store doesn't have an area devoted to return items, so I had to stand in line with the rest of the people. I estimated that I stood in wait for around 15 minutes.Finally, when it was my turn, the cashier agent asked reasons I was returning, and I told why. She examined the shoes to ensure they hadn't been worn, scanned the bar code, and asked me to swipe the card that I paid with.The issue I didn't have a physical card with me, but because their device supports NFC, it can accept my digital credit card copy and it works perfectly.I didn't have time to tour the store because I needed to hurry back to work. I was irritated that I had to wait so long just to return one item. The only thing I can say is that the return process was made simple.

There was not a single item on sale at 60% Off, and if you ask the associates, they are telling that 30% on Apparel Clearance and 30% on Shoes, add them up and it is 60% off...Seriously, what kind of manager is running this store and giving this type of training.

I must of gone on their busiest day. It was just crazy, you couldn’t walk in there. Shoes all over the place. They need to hire more workers. I was in line for 15 minutes. The line was endless. Definitely in need of more workers and they need a bigger place. It’s just a small place with a lot of people.

I highly recommend this Nike store. Malik, a very young and polite gentleman, took care of me and got me everything I needed. He even helped me save 15% off by signing to become a Nike member!!!

Do not spend your money here one of the most terrible Nike stores that I ever been too in my life. There is a man that is a manager there His name is Colin he is a very rude person, and is very on mannered and unpleasant to talk to. I would not recommend destroyed because of this gentleman, and the way that they conduct himself as a business they do not follow the guidelines are there rules they make up their own rules as they go along

I just went to Nike today and had a pretty big purchase. The sales associate Daniel at checkout was so helpful and very informative. He saved me an additional 15% off just by signing up for the Nike app and was just an easy person to talk to while checking out. Highly recommend going to Daniel if you have any questions or concerns while shopping here at Nike.

Recently purchased some Jumpmans and the sales associate was a big help! I wish I could remember her name but she helped me find the right size and even gave me a 10% discount because the shoes that were in my size had a slight stain. Shoutout to the rest of the team as well. I had multiple associates come up to me and ask if I needed help. I always look for that anytime I go into any store and every time I come to this Nike Factory Store I receive the same energy!
