This is my second time at this store the store associate i think the name was claudia or something that starts with C was not helpful sat on the phone majority of the time. As predicted i did not purchase the necklace for my wife maybe if customer service was better I would of have them my business. business now a days need all the money they can get

Never buy from this place. The people are very mean. If I could rate this as 0 stars. I came here 6.45. The mall closes 8pm. That’s why they’re losing business. They hire lazy and mean people. The lady that has a butterfly on the neck should be fired. Very lazy and mean. I hope the manager is reading this so they could give her disciplinary action.
