I visited the Puma store in Chicago on November 28, 2025 at 2:02 PM and had one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, not a single employee approached me to ask if I needed help. I had to look for my own sizes, help my friends choose items, and basically do the job of the sales staff myself.
When I finally went to the register with shoes, a t-shirt, and shorts, I was left waiting for 10–15 minutes with no service. A cashier eventually came, stood in front of me doing something else, then walked away again before finally returning. The level of customer service was unacceptable.
For a global brand like Puma, this kind of neglect is shocking. If I had not been determined to buy, I would have walked out. Management seriously needs to address the lack of basic customer service in this location.

Went to return a pair of shoes and the employer told me their return policy was 30 days and I came after 30 days but he was giving me an exception, while on Puma's website, it clearly states the return policy is 45 days. I won't get into details of how rude he was during the whole process after he said that. Come on train your people properly please!

Over a month now and still no refund for online returns via Kohls Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. Will never order from them again and will warn others of the same problems.

I called the store as instructed by your call center to get some information, but the staff treated me very poorly. They put me on hold and never responded again.

I went in today around 11:30, had such a lovely experience with all the ladies helping out. Ari was the sweetest and helped out so much! So refreshing to see nice people working!

One of the worse experiences with this store. I went to return few items to the store it’s a mix of online and in store purchases. The guy who is taking returns was not even courteous gave him a benefit of doubt as it was end of the day. The tone of the person is very rash and was not at all helpful with the returns. I had to stop the returns in the middle and head back because of his attitude. I really lost my cool with his service tone and attitude. Never returning to the store.

All socks had huge holes within several months despite normal use. I contacted Puma, and they consider several months to be a normal timeline for their socks to wear out.

I came to a very bad customer service in this store. It was a guy in a yellow sweater, I didn't catch his name. Im not sure if he is having a bad day or he is just a bad person, but he acted very unpleasant.I went there to change my new sneakers for bigger sizes. He told me that the box was not the right one but that was the box I got with them 3days before.Might be a mistake, but still rven if its a mistake it coming from their store. Im not there to match boxes, Im their customer! Then he told me I had to pay the difference, and I agreed and inserted my card. He also told me that the same shoes are not the same prices in different stores, and they not matching prices-which was not correct.In the end, he was not giving me my new receipt and I forced him to give me and he told me you was not charged!He was actually doing everything he should do, but he was telling me the opposite in order to satisfy his ego, probably but unfortunately he came to a wrong person!!Very weird person! I haven't had that experience never before in USA. Hope someone will take care of this person and provide better service in the future! I will not go back there soon.

I have loved Puma for years and I am a diehard Puma fanatic. I usually buy online or the Woodfield Mall (which is no longer there) or the Aurora Location. This Rosemont location was the 1st time visit for me and the last!!I was given xmas gifts and needed to exchange for a smaller size and a small Puma bag that was peeling due to faulty cheap material. It was peeling on both sides where the bag folds due to nothing inside the bag.The manager accused me of chewing the bag!!!"We don't sell items in that terrible condition and someone has been chewing it" is what he said to meI explained to him that no one has chewed it and that is how I received it and all I wanted to do was exchange it for another one, I had my gift receipt in hand and tags were still on the bag!!!The rude manager would not believe me and went to get another bag to exchange but on inspection of the 2nd bag...IT WAS PEELING ON THE BOTTOM! I pointed that out to the rude manager....but yet I was accused of chewing the bag!!!"We don't sell items in that terrible condition and someone has been chewing it"I returned the bag and got credit and no apology from the rude manager!I will never return to the Rosemont location ...messed up how they treat their customers!
