Rude customer service. I said I preferred a soft shelled because I’ve had a samsonite hard shelled that shattered and she just blankly stared at me. Ok so can you help recommend me a soft shelled? And then when I asked if a particular suitcase was 25” she SCOFFED and said it wasn’t. (It was) Tip: don’t scoff at people. We didn’t buy anything unsurprisingly

Sat Aug 26. Employee closed at least 40 minutes before closing time. Wouldn't even come to the door to explain why they are closed so early, instead just ignored us. I will have to make a special trip out in the morning to get something I need that i am 5 ft from.

Friendly and knowledgeable employed that help us with our business. We got a couple of new luggage and getting fixed the old one that is in general very good condition. (Replacing a split wheel… who would know)?

So so - honestly service is good and selection good but the prices are very high. I expected that this is located in an outlet mall that you would have outlet prices. But unfortunately prices are extremely high.

TSA had broken our locks our luggage and the Samsonite reps at the store took care of everything for us. The only thing I didn't agree with was the shipping me. I felt they should've taken care of the shipping, since they cost a pretty penny. But what else could you do about it! I still end up wasting over a hundred ducks more ?

We dropped off two damaged Samsonite suitcases Tuesday afternoon. The staff was helpful and efficient. Happy to help us get them repaired. Very quick processing of minimal shipping fees, and we had email confirmation and the luggage was tagged for repairs. Today is Friday and the completely repaired pieces of luggage were already delivered! We couldn’t be happier!

If the store hour changes, it is a responsibility for the store owners to update it to save people from unnecessary travel from far away. Also, the store had a sign that says that they are coming back in 30 minutes!

After 4 years, my large glider needed service to replace the zipper handles that broke off. I decided to take it to the Samsonite store since all luggage is covered under a 10 year warranty. Instead of shipping it to the service center myself. I dropped off the suitcase in the afternoon on Sunday Jan 23rd. I received the repaired suitcase on Wednesday Jan 26th at my home. I paid $10 at the store to have the suitcase packed and shipped to the service center. Warranty work is not supposed to be this painless. Service doesn’t get any better than this!! Thank you for the attendant on the store on Sunday for getting me taken care of in 5 mins. Happy Samsonite customer.

Went in and only employee there didnt acknowledge us. Never said hello or anything. When i asked for a specific luggage, she replied we dont have it. Never gave options. I walked out and aint going back.
