Very disappointing experience.
The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance with sizes, she dismissed me without even checking, claiming the item wasn’t available. I later found it myself after searching through the racks. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s customer service.

I came yesterday with my family to buy some shoes . I work at Starbucks and we are given a 30% discount on work shoes and casual styles. I read the terms and conditions of the discount and it says partners are given a use a 30% discount on sketchers for any work shoes and any casual fits. I didn’t end up finding what I needed but I found some shoes for my dad. On our way to the checkout I am looking for this discount and I have it ready to give to the person at the register. The one cashing us out is an Asian women probs in her late 30’s and I’m telling her hey I work at Starbucks and I want to use my 30% discount. She then tells me “give me a second let me pull out my book” idk what for but ok letting her do her thing. She then starts interrogating me asking me a bunch of questions like “are these for you, do you have proof you work there, it’s either the promotion we have or the discount not both” just a whole lot of stuff and im confused as to what does that have to do with anything if all you have to do is scan my code and move on. She gave me a bunch of excuses as to why she couldn’t give me my discount when I had it ready never once did she ask for it but I kept showing her my discount. She then tells me are these for you? I’m like no, she then tells me then I cannot give you the discount I’m like I read the terms and conditions it says here I’m able to use this discount I’m the one purchasing them. And she’s like giving me other excuses? You guys were close to closing so I ended up letting it go instead of asking for a supervisor because I searched up the terms and conditions for these things and no where did it say you have to be the one wearing to get the discount? Honestly she seemed stingy and throughout the whole thing she was rude and racist bc it’s not that big of a deal for you to be questioning a whole lot when I clearly have a code/scan thing for you to just put in your computer. In this economy, yeah ima do whatever I can and use the privilege of that discount.

I came here a few days ago with the intention of exchanging my daughter's unfitting shoes.I didn't get the name of the short girl with glasses, but she was really helpful and kind. I will be coming back with my family.

Price is right compare to present economic condition.
Nice carry out packaging for product purchased. It was a worth while visit. I and my wife we both happy visiting and purchase shoes there.

Went in to exchange for a different shoe & size. Clerk was on the phone & she immediately started a return without even acknowledging me let alone asking me what I wanted. Once I told her I wanted to exchange, she than spoke to Mr.Once I found the correct size in the shoe I was looking for, no problem making the exchange.

This is the first time being a Skechers and it was a great experience. I get a 30% discount through my employer on work shoes so I thought it would be good to use it considering I’m on my feet all day. The shoes are decent quality considering I’m on my feet for 10 hours a day, their pricing is in line and very reasonable for what you got. The 30% discount only applies to work shoes on the back wall which I understand and it’s perfectly fine. The employees were friendly took their time to explain the discount. There was no line to get checked out and was generally a good experience. The only downfall is the mall that it’s in can have some extremely expensive stores but that’s not the fault of sketchers and that’s why they get five stars.
