This is the 2nd time that Karen goes above and beyond on helping me my wife and my daughter. Karen is very professional , knowledgeable , and able to assist all costumers that come in through that door. She greets all and is able to help all. Karen makes sure costumers don’t walk out the door without being waited on. I did retail quite some years ago and am costumer orientated. And know how important it is to make sure the walk out of the shop happy so they can come back and shop at the same store. You can tell when people really want to help and love their job. This employee Karen goes above and beyond. Keep up the good job.

The customer service is SERIOUSLY LACKING at the Round Lake store by the train. The Asst manager Anabel I think was her name, is rude, inconsiderate, very short and does not need to be in a position to work with the public period. If you have Cricket go to the the Rollins location, it's a different owner and they treat you like they want to you return. Although the first location is closer to my house I will not give them any of my hard earned money EVER AGAIN. They need to treat people like they would want to be treated!!

One of the best experiences I've had at a Cricket Store, this was in Round Lake Bch. I've been a customer over 11yrs, and the Salesman Mario could not have been more helpful with helping me and explaining the set up of my boyfriends new iphone.I'll be going back to see Mario when I need an upgrade.

Was very disappointed when I upgraded my phone 2 days later my phone start flickering and I already have tossed the box in garbage so they did not want to exchange it and customer service was like it will be a $75 deductible after I had already paid $165 for new phone I'm changing to different company

The customer service in this store by its employees is horrific. When I entered the store the two employees were arguing about a phone call they received about sending text messages in the store and company time. The discussion these two were having was so loud and unprofessional to be having any retail store.When I asked about transferring my track phone number to cricket the lady told me she has been doing this 15 years and transferring a track phone number was not possible. I told her I’ve already spoken to cricket 611 and they are the ones that told me to come to the store get a new SIM card and start the transfer process. Again the employee at the store refused saying she’s been doing it 15 years and it is not possible.I went down the road to another cricket store and Karen the employee there was able to sell me a Sim card and transfer my track phone number to cricket. Well worth the drive to go right down the road and get a much much better customer service

The customer service at this store is horrific! When I walked in the door the two employees were arguing about a phone call they received from the manager about being on their phones in the store and how it was no big deal. The argument was so unprofessional I actually recorded it on my phone and wish I could post it here. When I asked about transferring my phone number from TracFone to cricket the lady told me she has been doing this for 15 years and TracFone does not transfer numbers. I told her I've already contacted cricket customer service and they told me to come to the store and get a new SIM card to begin the transfer process. Once again the lady at this store on Rollins Road said it is impossible she has been doing this for 15 years I went to see Karen at the cricket store on Cedar Lake Road and no problem. Karen at that store transferred my TracFone to cricket and I'm extremely happy

read the reviews before going here. it’s true they got me out of money as well cashier elizabeth accidentally transferred my number and charged me for it and doesn’t know the difference between knowing if a phone is “compatible “ or unlocked” and the other employees try to argue with you when their the ones they made the mistake. they need to be reported and shut down honestly. poor customer service and the worst experience i ever had go to t-mobile or metro pc metro has cheaper plans as well. run from this place you been warned !

My boyfriend surprised me for my Birthday by getting me a new phone. I am soo happy and in love with my new phone. The Samsung GalaxyA51 is awesome!Wendy quickly transfered all of my data from my old phone to the new phone. She was very quick about it which was much appreciated. Estrella was also very great and helpful as she helped me as my notes weren't transferring properly. She was able to help me get all of my notes transferred so I'm very happy. Thanks again Ladies!!!

I went to this place 3 months ago and they charged me twice. I ask for credit or a refund to estrella the manager but she said it would take time but it’s 3 months and haven’t got anything back. I keep calling but people from there always telling me estrella the manager is not there I called once they told me she works next day then I called the next day and out of no where she went on vacation. This people are thief’s they won’t give me my refund or my credit for when they charge me twice. They stole 118 from me I tried calling cricket but they only tell me I have to talk to the manager. But the manager does not care.
