Was advised that my request could be handled by a teller. Come to find out, I need an appointment for a personal banker. It was left up to me if I wanted to WAIT or SCHEDULE an appointment 🤔

Worst customer service ever. We are victims of fraud and I we were re-routing six times over the phone. We tried calling the local branch for over an hour and no one ever answered the phone. The message says to try the website.
