Our vehicle had a tire change and alignment done very quickly and finished when promised. The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This was our second time using this location and we will definitely return and recommend to friends.

We use Firestone for almost all of our oil changes. They are always accommodating when they can be and courteous and efficient. This time I called same day to see if they could get my truck's oil change done between 9am that day and 12pm the next day. Brad stated he would do what he could to get it to me same day instead and he delivered on his word and I had my truck back that evening.

Ruben went above and beyond to take care of a bad situation. After an unfortunate railroad crossing I was stuck needing new tires that nobody had. Ruben ordered a set directly from Bridgestone to make sure I'd have them as quickly as possible.
As a long time customer with FCAC and specifically this store, I could not be happier with the service I got from Ruben and his team. Casey did clean job of getting me out in the time promised. Even with the store being very busy my appointment was held to the letter and everyone made sure I left happy.

Ruben (Service Technician) - Thank you so much for the Car Care Package inspection done for my 2014 Honda CR-V EX L. The report is very detailed shows the fluid levels (i.e. Break fluids, transmission, Engine), brake condition (i.e. Brake rotor/pads condition), tire life etc... and the pressure drop in the tires got fixed by replacing the valve stems. The team here in Firestone Round Lake cares for the well being of the customer. Appreciate all their efforts in fixing the issues.

Amazing service!! Staff is always so friendly and kind, just did my second oil change with them and everything went very smoothly. Ruben was a very kind and called with recommendations of other things my car needed (this was a courtesy check, free of charge) overall 10/10 experience
