Luis really helped me out today. Took a bad experience from the Waukegan location and turned it around. Will 100% be using this gnc from now on. Worth the extra drive for great customer service.

Had to run to this location last minute from Waukegan which is a hike but was worth it !! Alec the manager was super helpful and such a sweetheart!! Definitely recommend this location

I feel I awful I don’t remember his name but he was there working today at 3pm. I’ve been here many times when he’s working and he’s always so nice and helpful with questions, advice etc. He even offers to help me carry my things to my car when I stock up on a lot. I don’t think I’ve ever walked in and seen him in a bad mood. One of the nicest guys ever and seems so happy to do his job! Love when he’s working.

Such an organized clean store one of the only few I've seen left around my area that had such great customer service and an over all wonderful store the worker are always friendly definitely recommend stopping buy to get your vitamins

It's too bad that this one stayed open while others in the area closed. They always seem to be out of various products that should be normally stocked items. Only ordering online now since I went in today and for the last four times I've been in, they have been out the vitapaks I use... first it was just the one that I use to the point today when they had NO vitapaks.Not going to patronize a store that doesn't carry the basics.Add to that, the customer service has been sketchy at best since this is the only GNC left in the area. Antioch and Fox Lake were much better...

THEY HAVE ALANI NU PRODUCTS! I love there products and they always have her stuff in stock and when they don’t whoever is working is really nice about telling me when they’ll restock and when to come in to get it!

I came here when I was looking for milk thistle a couple weeks ago and started talking to the girl that works there. She was very friendly and really helped me figure out what multivitamins were best for me and my husband. I came back a while ago and there was a gentleman that was just as friendly and helped me save 10% on everything for my purchase and talked to me about my points. The customer service here is wonderful and they’re very knowledgeable. Also the store is always SO CLEAN I’ve been to other GNC stores and it doesn’t compare! SHOP HERE
