Highly recommend. I brought my 2.5 year old brother here who is autistic and HATES haircuts. Emma was great with him last time when he was a little wiggly. This time we got Emma again. My brother was crying, moving a ton, wouldn't sit still. This woman was on her knees IN A DRESS in the lobby where my brother was content being, finishing his haircut where he would let her. She is phenomenal!

Let’s just say … it was my first time going to great clips of Roundlake and I had Julie she was amazing super sweet respectful and kind I will keep coming back as long as Julie is there 5/5 stars thanks for the amazing hair style:)

Needed a simple men's haircut and being new to the area I decided to give Great Clips a try. I was greeted warmly and noticed two other men waiting for their turns. No problem after they told me it would be about a 15 minute wait. It was more like 10 minutes and I didn't mind at all. The woman who cut my hair listened carefully to my request and did a great job. I was very happy with the result. Despite the other reviews, which I hadn't checked before, I will return.

Go and see Nancy! I loved how she did my hair when I wasn't really sure what I wanted. I later took my very picky teenage daughter who wanted to go to back to her previous expensive salon and convinced her to give Nancy a try and she came out never wanting to see anyone else. I hope Nancy never leaves!

Julie was amazing!! She was able to cut my son’s hair, which he never lets anyone do. No tears, outbursts, or even the slightest discomfort. Thank you so much to a patient, understanding, and amazing hair stylist.

I have been going to this Great clips location for many many years. I have never had an issue with my hair cut with any stylist. Mind you it is always someone different cutting my hair. I ALWAYS use the same go to picture of how I want my hair cut. Unfortunately Maria totally messed up my hair. It was so super short as a women I looked like I had mushroom top hair cut I was mortified. I had visually showed her how short I wanted to go with my hair and she definitely went way shorter then I asked. Thank you to Julie who took me back to her chair and did her best to even out the top of my hair which was so thick compared to the bottom of my hair. I was refunded my money but this was only after I contacted corporate.. I will give Julie the benefit of the doubt as she told me she was a new manager and was unaware she could refund me my money until her GM contacted her about the situation and told her to refunded my 20 dollars back. Now I am not saying I would never go back to this Great Clips location as I can ask for someone else to cut my hair if they tried to sit me down with Maria again. I would suggest maybe some extra training. I know some of these stylist travel between locations. So women beware I am not the first this is happened to Please check other nearby salon location reviews..And come to think of it not once was Maria APOLOGETIC ? If this was my first experience here I would be giving one star but I am putting into the consideration all the other times I have walked out of this great clips location loving my hair cut.
