Worst experience ever. Carla was rude and a liar. I did my taxes later brought them in around Thanksgiving. I went home to get my discount coupon and the office was closed when i got back. I came up there for 2 weeks and they kept saying Carla would call me.They didn't give me my taxes until after the beginning of this yr 2025. The owner got snotty with me after these people had my taxes in their office for a whole month. Disgusting. They talked to me like a child and had the nerve to only discount me 25 dollars as if I wanted a HandOut. I guess because I'm a black woman. I wanted my taxes done and not locked in their office over the holidays. Also since she had an attitude by the time they did them they put no effort into it. In fact whatever they did Made me owe Irs 400 dollars. I've never owed the state taxes before.. Ever. This review is late because I forgot to write this review in January.
Ps : please don't respond by lying and acting innocent. I don't care to hear it

Had minor issues with my tax return, but Julie was able to immediately able to point out the issues and guide me on resubmitting my return. A couple weeks later, I received my tax return check in the mail. What a gem of a person and a gem of a place. Thank you.

Have been working with the Tax preparer for a couple of years now. They're friendly, through and work with me to ensure all deductions are applied to my return. Also, conveniently located in the area.

This is my first time at this location. People seemed polite. I came here to see, Debby, who has done my taxes the past few years. Debby is always so kind, helpful, answers any questions, makes me feel comfortable everytime I come in and makes tax time quick & painless. Which is the reason why I keep coming to her and am willing to drive to see her. I will continue to recommend her, and H&R block. Keep hiring amazing people like Debby.
