This place has quality work but their customer service and operations suck. They’ll take walk-ins close to their scheduled appointments causing the customer who scheduled an appointment to wait long periods of time to be serviced. I even called earlier in the week for an appointment and they booked me for today, a day that they are closed! The operating hours are listed at the front door saying they open at 10 am. There is no note saying they are closed today, a Friday and nobody shows up nor do they answer their phone. My appointment was at 10:30 and I waited 15 mins and nobody showed nor did they answer their calls.

If you want good quality nails see the man in chair #8. He does well with looking at cell phone pictures and executing the same results time after time. His time is worth it! He is very precise and very sweet man!

Been coming coming here since the 90s and will continue to come here❤️ i have been a couple other places but it wasn't the same. ?they work hard, they work 6 days a week, if you are in a hurry make an appointment ?

I have been going here for many years and I absolutely love everyone here, my nails always look amazing. Tony is the guy I always see. The only downside that I see is the wait, so I typically make an appointment which doesn't seem to change the waiting time. I waited almost 3 hours (yes, 3. I know that is my fault for waiting) even though I had an appointment. Got stuck watching Chicago Fire on the TV. This last time, I had to wait an hour after my appointment time. I am a very patient person, but my time is precious. This is making me think of maybe finding somewhere else.

arrived at 420pm finally taken back at 6pm for mani, pedi and eyebrow checked out at 730pm... NEVER AGAIN... SLOW AS MOLASSES. (this is why I stopped going there but thought I would give it one more try.)

I always have such a great experience here, Helen did such an amazing job on getting my nails wedding ready!!!
Not only that she made my nail experience not boring at all she was fast, super friendly, and chatted with me the whole time!!
