“I broke my phone and had to get a replacement! Anna was very helpful and was able to explain to me my current plan and break down visually my new plan upgrade and costs. She even provided me with great deals and was also able to come out with an Apple Watch. Anna made sure everything was set up correctly and all information from my old phone was transferred to the new one. She was very kind and helpful while also taking care of other customers coming into the store while she was troubleshooting through the T-Life app to get my phone set up.
