As far as pharmacies go, my experiences here have been good. Staff are always friendly, and if I call ahead, I can sometimes get refills earlier than expected. I live about 10 minutes from here, so I try to always call ahead to make sure my prescription is available before I drive over to confirm. No major issues.

Lady over phone Says prescription is going to be ready at 10:00 a.m. get there at 10:30 sorry sir it's going to be another hour. Literally wasted my time guess who won't be going back there.

I have severe infection. The doctor put the prescription about 11 AM. I go to pick it up. It’s 5 PM. They’re telling me they don’t have it. They were not even informing me or trying to find the best solution contacting the doctor. What’s the other option service, horrible, and they put a lie that if the phone system is not working and magically when I pull to the window to pick up the prescription, the phones are back in the system. This is crazy. They’re messing with people lives. Horrible service

Very rude, horrible person/pharmacist and the technicians I called to see if the medication is ready they give attitudes then I spoke to the pharmacist the only thing they said to go somewhere else and hung up the phone without explanations, and I’ve been going here for years never in my life. I have been treated like that By a pharmacist or the technicians ? don’t you guys think that you should be nicer to sick people instead of giving them a hard time if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be behind the counter dispensing medicine

The staff is so quick in filling your prescriptions. I've gotten notifications my medications are ready even before I've gotten home from my Dr appt. Friendly, polite, never any attitude, unlike a few of the other places I've been too. Meijer is my choice! And a dog treat whenever my boy rides along♥️?

Beware. Charged me twice the price at register. I talked with the pharmacist on the phone about price and medication and that I have a GoodRX coupon for that medication. When my parents came to pick up that medication, the pharmacist didn't put in coupon code and the medication ended up costing twice as it was supposed to cost, of course my parents got confused at the register and bought medication, because noone wanted to explain anything to them. When I found out about that, I called the pharmacy and was told that nothing could be done and there was no coupon on file. I won't be back here.

I get there are significant shortages around everywhere. That being said I was txt to pick up a med but was told it was out when I got there. I asked why my app and txt said ready and no answer. Past pharmacies have contacted my doctor and he wrote a new rx. Not this one. They wouldn't even let me know if the other form of the medicine was an option. But even before medicine was hard to get they never had anything on hand??? Walmart never had a 4 day wait.
