Would give zero if I could. Rented a space for our camper, signed a contract at $57 per month. 3 months in we received a note telling us that there was a bogus promotional period and our new monthly total was now doubled to $114. Watch out for the bait and switch. We cancelled immediately, which is probably what they wanted. Now they can move in someone willing to pay a lot more. Shame on them for this business practice. Stay clear!

Yes, this does reflect your values. Just because you reply to these posts apologizing, it doesn't mean you're a good business. The fact that you allow innocent folks to move all their items in, get settled and then double the rent is disgusting. Most have no choice now because it would be too much work to move out.

I rented a unit this afternoon. I came in 5 minutes before closing just to ask a few questions. Joe, the manager was awesome. He told me he was happy to stay to show me around and make sure I was taken care of. We looked at a couple units, I picked one and rented it just now. He was happy to stay an extra 30 minutes for me. Can’t say enough about the service compared to other storage places I have visited!

Metro Self Storage in Round Lake Beach has been a great help to us in our move and over the years for storage.

Great place with good units at the round Lake beach store. We got a 10x30 unit and the building is super accessible. You could feel the climate control as soon as you walk into the unit and the door on the new building was very easy to open. The Chris had amazing customer service and asked every question we had, and we had a lot of questions.
