“We had a difficult family situation and tried to work through our bank 3 times to resolve the problem. All it took was one phone call to Great Lakes Home Mortgage and the wheels got set into motion. I talked with Pam most of the time, and she kept me informed daily ( some days multipe times) of what we needed to provide to make sure they had all the information to conclude our problem. They were able to close out a loan for our family in less then a month. Vickielee, Pam and Charles were nothing but positive and so kind. I would recommend this company for any loan situation. Our family is so grateful for everything they did and we can finally relax after such a bad experience with the bank.”

“Such an amazing team! Honestly do not have the words to describe how great they all were. Bryan and Madra were there every step of the way and answered every question. Kind of sad that this process is over and that I will miss them all. They truly care and treat you like one of their own.”

“We recently took out a bridge loan to buy a condo, and our loan officer, Julie Ano, was wonderful in helping us through the entire application and closing process. The personal attention and care she provided us, including giving us her personal cell number, was above and beyond. This is representative of the kind of service we have always received at First American Bank and is one of the many reasons we have been customers for 27 years. We cannot thank her enough!”

“I would 100% recommend Sly Marinca to anyone who is looking to purchase a home and needs to finance. He is experienced, and offers different loan programs that fit the needs of a buyer based off of and their situation. Him and his team are reliable and have quick turn around times to pre-approve you, which is a necessity when home shopping, as homes are going under contract fast!”

“This is my 3rd Mortgage experience with Bill K and Diane McAlister and once again could not be happier with results. Both Bill and Diane are real Pro’s and every step of the refinancing process was seamless without any problems or delays in closing. I highly recommend WINTRUST and if you want the best in the financial business ask for Bill and Diane. Jim W”

“Very organized. The teller Luci calagated the bills heads up. She also was very informative and very transparent and the reasoning of the card machine being down, and the requirements for a need of an ID. Very quiet and cheerful group of employees.”
