AVOID!!!! I came to this place a few days ago for DIP. First, I noticed that they do not have a traditional way of doing the dip nail but I decided to keep an open mind. I paid $70 for dip with tips, which is more than good saloons charge!!! A couple days later one of the nails broke off and the following day another nail broke. I went back to the saloon today so they can fix their mess up. My nails usually last 4-5 weeks, not 2 days!!!
Their website and door says they open at 9am so I was there right at opening. Guess what? They don’t open at 9! I waited there like an idiot and left. I called them repeatedly until they finally picked up at 10:30!!!!! So I came by, of course the place was empty. The lady did not offer an apology, nothing. She fixed the nails and then demanded I pay $10!!! What??? I told her I am not paying because if she did my nails right, they would not have broken off just a few days later. She had the audacity to say it’s MY FAULT! Unbelievable! I just walked out. Not going to pay $80 for someone to do a crap job. And guess what, when I got home, another nail broke off. So instead of enjoying nice set of nails, I am bringing super glue with me on vacation.

On friday march 14 2025 i went to get a pedicure and manicure with my daughter,One of the lady was nice but the other one was rude! She had this mad face and was rushing to do my manicure i asked for acrylic and i noticed she wasn’t applying the acrylic all the way by my cuticle . Its been 5 days and one of the nails came off already without even doing nothing 2 more nails are about to pop off . I wont be going back

Got my nails done a week ago and my nails are already popping off. The products burned my actual nails. I hate how nail places want to charge more for shittier work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. When I went there was no one there and I see why.

I wanted to try a new place and thought why not...i wanted to get short almond acryloc nails. Well first I went in and it was empty..Noone was there. Just 2 techs. As i sat down one of the techs cleaned my nails and did a semi prep on them. The 2nd tech came and sat down and started to put the nail tips on and proceeded ro start woth the acrylic. I'm sitting there watching her, and I'm asking myself why isn't she putting the acrylic all the way up to the cuticle. She proceeds to only put it half way. I'm dumbfounded at this point. Next thing I see is that she does DIP. I didn't ask for DIP. I was so confused. I couldn't say much because they spoke hardly any English. They finished the service with regular polish because I'm allergic to No Chip. I spent $60 on this service and a 2 hour visit. I'm sorry I will not be going back. Visit was on 12/28 and one nail has already chipped off. I'm assuming it was the dip that she put on with the acrylic tip under it.

Walked in for a pedicure and to have my acrylics removed. First, I was rushed to pick a color I went with a basic white. The pedicure was fine. No problems. When it came time to remove my acrylics, the technician used a cuticle pusher to rip them off after soaking in acetone. Broke 2 of my nails in the process. Did my right hand first really nice. However, my left hand does not look as good. She rushed to do my left hand. Applied 3 coats of gel polish and did not let them cure for the time needed. The nails have bumps and do not look as fully painted as the right. These are meant to be my birthday nails, but I will be going somewhere else to have this fixed by tomorrow. There was no reason for them to rush my nails, especially when I am paying for a service, not an item.

I would leave this as zero stars if I could I went to get my nails done for Christmas on Wednesday by Friday Every single one of my nails has completely peeled off in a full sheet just like the stickers I buy from the store when I pay $100 to have my nails done. I expect them to last more than 48 hours

Worst salon ever. Had a no-chip done and 5 days later 2 popped off. Returned to have them fixed. Now 1 day later, 2 more came off. I'll never go there again.Service: Gel manicures
