Came in with a flat repair and had somewhere to be rather quickly. The manager, TJ, took my car in right away. I was in and out within a half hour. Great service and a very good staff. Highly recommended!! Thanks, TJ!!

Brought my sons car in because tire kept losing air. Got the car in quick and found a screw lodged in tire with the head of it off so couldnt see it. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Thank you!!!

My fiancé came home from a stressful day at work to find two flat tires on our personal vehicle (he drives a company work van when he’s on the clock). He said he was worried about how expensive it would be to fix, and how much later he’d have to be out and about. The guys at Mavis had him all fixed up and back home in no time! Better yet, he said the repairs were more affordable than he expected. Ask for Jay and Owen! They made his night, and that made MY night.

Mavis took great care of me! Came in with two flats. Jay and Owen hooked me up and fixed both, within the hour. Turns out both had a rim leak. Honest work and estimates, great prices, and friendly staff. Going to have to bring my car back for some minor mechanical repairs. I planned on putting them off, but these folks made the decision easy. I’m going to be recommending these folks to my friends and family from now on!

Dealt with Jay from Mavis, absolutely great people at this shop. Brought my tire in for a plug, they checked it gave me price and answers and I was in and out of the door in 25 mins!

Scam alert! Don’t no buy tires here or from any Mavis. Bought a full set with extended warranty, consistent with rotations, they tell me my alignment is off and that’s why the tires are so worn…they never mentioned a problem before but now it’s not covered because it’s mechanical. Then turns out they wrote the wrong mileage down when I bought them and wouldn’t honor the extended warranty. It was like 90k miles off and a clear mistake that the manager admitted to but since couldn’t honor it because it was a “legal document”. Did me a “HUGE FAVOR” and gave me half off a new set of tires that should have been covered. Well- I just went in because the front two were totally worn after 2k miles. And again….apparently alignment issues. Even though I went and had them aligned immediately after getting them out on. Even with alignment issues tires should be completely worn after 2k miles. Regional manager offered me $30 off. Incredibly unprofessional place while through their teeth. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to these people. They put on garbage tires and then tell you your at fault when they wear out almost immediately
