I recently visited Mavis in Round Lake for a tire rotation, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional customer service. Michael, who assisted me, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also the nicest person I’ve ever met at an auto shop. The tire rotation was completed swiftly, and I was back on the road in no time. Their efficiency combined with their genuine care for customers has definitely earned my loyalty. I will without a doubt be returning to Mavis for all my automotive needs. If you’re looking for top-notch service, look no further than Mavis in Round Lake!

Had a flat tire on a Sunday morning. Was able to scheduled an appt right away. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was fast and took like an hour. Was able to enjoy the rest of the day. Me and my husband highly recommend this place!!!

Two of our cars have needed tire repair/replacement in the last month. Dave at Round Lake Beach Mavis was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, both when we needed to buy new tires on the one car, and when it was just an inexpensive repair for the other car. Highly recommend. They got us in and out quickly, too!

I scheduled a brake check appointment at this location to obtain a second opinion about my brakes needing replacement. I received timely service and confirmation brake replacement was needed for the rear. Price quoted to me was less than I expected to pay and I'm glad I took my business to this establishment. Thanks for the great service and I'll definitely return should I need future work on my vehicle.
