“We were fortunate enough to work with Aaron at this particular Sherwin-Williams store. Aaron helped us find an alternate color for our remodel project. We just weren’t happy with the color we chose and Aaron helped us find a color that matched our criteria. Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional and very cordial. Our transaction ended with a handshake which doesn’t seem to happen too often these days. Thank you again!”

“Awesome customer service!!! I ordered a wrong color and they were kind enough to add other colors to match the paint color I wanted at no charge. Jason was super great answering all my questions and even my stupid questions. Can’t do better than JC Licht in Vernon Hills!!!”

“The team at this store is surpassed by no one. I’ve had occasion to purchase paint from this establishment many times over the last few years, and each and every time – and I do mean _every_ time – staff have been visibly dedicated to ensuring I had the right product for the right project. And it’s not just me; that’s a devotion to their craft and business that’s struck me watching their interactions with every other customer who’s been ahead of me in the line. Good store; great staff. You couldn’t ask for more, IMO.”

“I went into the Mundelein JCLicht store today. I needed paint for a project. Chris and Katie were both very helpful with helping me make a decision. I was talking about needing a good painter. They gave me a card for a local painter that came highly recommended. I appreciate all the help.”

“I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”

“Danny Santelle was really helpful. He helped us pick the correct paint and explained everything. We got a new paint to try for exterior painting that we are about to try (forte) and it was because of him. Lets see if we like it. Too bad he is moving to the Kenosha location.”
