“I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”

“We were fortunate enough to work with Aaron at this particular Sherwin-Williams store. Aaron helped us find an alternate color for our remodel project. We just weren’t happy with the color we chose and Aaron helped us find a color that matched our criteria. Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional and very cordial. Our transaction ended with a handshake which doesn’t seem to happen too often these days.
