Terrible place. Half the time the card readers won't read your card. You go through the wash and it leaves dirty water and unwashed spots on your vehicle. Once going through there apparently a very large bolt had fallen off part of their equipment and it ran through a very expensive tire that could not be fixed on my truck. The brushes have also bent the antenna on my truck. Don't bother to report anything because they seem to always deny that anything is their fault. Just read the reviews. Woodman's in Volo has a much better touchless car wash that I've never had a problem at.

For the premium price ($11) it’s not worth it I’ve been here twice and both times my car comes out dirty today it even left soap behind and the vacuums have barely pressure doesn’t vacuum very well..

Never going back. This place charged me for the membership 55$ 2 times a month for months until I noticed. When I called I played phone tag for months and NEVER got my money back. Then I left numerous voicemails canceling my membership after stopping by and canceling my membership. I still got another charge and spoke to a Derrick who said I would get my money back and ofcourse the charge went through. I think this place is broke. Will have to take legal action if my card gets charged agained!

Excellent wash for $5. Told the windshield guy that I had just returned from Wisconsin and asked if he could give an extra manual scrub to the windshield and he did it with no problem

My last two visits here, it was incredibly busy. The guys waving the cars in we're packing them too close together. I took one of my two vehicles to get washed and was so close to the car in front of me that when it was time for them to put their vehicle in drive and drive away, they ended up stopping on the tracks and I came within inches of hitting them. I chalked it up to an isolated incident but then brought my other vehicle in the following day and exactly the same thing happened. I realized that when they put the vehicles that close together, it's impossible to tell when the green light directs you to drive away because it's continually flashing from the car in front of you when you get to the end. I imagine that's what happened to the car in front of me the day before - they panicked when they put the car in drive and must have felt the conveyor continuing to pull them. I realized they must have stepped on their brakes while the back half was still on the conveyor. They need to slow it down and allow a car length between the vehicles to give the stop and go light a chance to reset before the following car gets to the end. There is bound to be an accident there soon. I recommend waiting longer to pull in when it's very busy.
