I was greeted with happy energy. My first time visiting the Round Lake Pep boys and I must say 10 out of 10! So friendly, thorough and knowledgeable about vehicles. I thank you for your honesty and taking care of my vehicle. I will definitely be going back.

Great service! They were short staffed and I had an appointment at 5pm. They told me that it might take longer than expected when I arrived. I was going to reschedule for another day but decided to go ahead since they thought it would be about an extra half hour or so. My oil change was done in 30 min. The manager did it himself. Kudos to him for stepping in when he had 2 techs call out sick.
Thank you for getting me to my next appointment on time.

I gave them 1843.31$ to fix my jeep and 1,953 miles and a broken hip later.., b4 an oil change is due.., the new guy Joe won’t even look at it!!! Let alone help a crippled old grandma ? I have the paperwork to prove that they did a bad job n my jeep is stranded. Joe had no time to fix his mistakes

Best quality service the gentleman that answered the phone was very pleasant and funny. They fixed my tire and didn’t charge me this time because I went to a competitor and they did not fix it correctly. Thank you Pep Boys in Round lake.
