We had a great experience at the Round Lake Beach store today. Jasko was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that we had. His customer service was top notch, which is incredibly rare these days. I would highly recommend this store and to specifically work with Jasko. Thank you for making our shopping experience a great one!

I am unfamiliar with the layout of the store & I'm not like a handy person. So I'm pretty clueless on hardware. Every time I go there the staff is friendly & helpful. They always have what I need.

No problem with the lady who helped me inside store. However, the quality of their highest priced Emerald interior paint was the worst i have ever experienced. Thinnest paint with abysmal coverage. They claim they are 156 years old company, who cares even if they are 1000 years old. Pay attention to your quality of products. Another company with big mouth and low quality stuff. Will try Benjamin Moore Aura or will stick to BEHR.

It is so refreshing to have a experience in a retail store that is pleasant. The two guys were so helpful that were behind the counter. They only had two gallons of the paint I needed, but he called the Libertyville store and had them mix more of it for me so I could just swing by a pick it up. Amazing paint, and amazing customer service!

Great customer service experience. Store associates are very knowledgeable and helpfull. Big thanks to sales associate Jasmin who took time, knowledge and effort to help me with right selection. Highly recommend this location. Store is very clean and organized.
