Went there on 6/12 close to 6:30 PM the guy there was really helpful and made my amazon return easy. He also cracked some good jokes and made the customers laugh.

This store takes advantage of people who aren’t familiar with shipping costs. My elderly grandparents went in to ship two small packages—one under a pound containing a t-shirt and another around 12x12x2 inches, weighing about a pound.
When they asked me if the price seemed right, I ran the same shipment through my UPS account (as I ship packages daily). The online rate for UPS Ground was 50% cheaper to the penny for both packages. Online also included tracking and was insured.
They’re profiting heavily off those who don’t know better. Save yourself a ton of money—buy your label online and just drop it off.

Fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful! I was impressed that the staff were so attentive and engaging, even with closing time approaching. They made my visit quick and pleasant. I'll definitely be back!

Today 2/17/25, I went into the UPS store to print out copies for my school project. The young African-American gentleman that was working was so helpful along with the other gentleman as well. I mentioned the young African-American man because he went above and beyond I was having trouble printing one of my flyers so he had me email the document to him and then he printed it from his email, he did not have to do this. That’s why I am writing this customer satisfaction survey. I will definitely be doing all of my printing in the future with the UPS store.

My only complaint about this store are the customers who park curbside rather than in the parking spaces.
The staff here are always so helpful and friendly no matter how busy they are. The manager is always pleasant and seems to be a really great support to his staff.
