Got this storage unit about a year ago. Great price and timely response at first... My review is due to constant raising of prices. the lady told us we would have a better deal if we paid so many months in advance, did that which it was but then the raised the price during this time period and had us still pay the increase even though we paid in advance. Recently, ANOTHER increase. I feel like false advertising of prices due to the constant increases

There was nobody there!!! Confirmed online that a rep would be there for Uhaul pickup. They had a sign on the door that said download the app & check in yourself. ??? Do yourself a favor & go to a real Uhaul store!!!
Reply: I absolutely had a reservation. Nice try trying to deny the fact that nobody was at your location.

Naomi and the gang at ABC are always friendly, fast, and helpful. Their trucks and storage units are a great price. They're my go to facility and my favorite! Y'all are missing out if you choose anywhere else 😀

The staff was friendly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. They have the best prices in the area, the space is clean/secure and in a centralized location. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend ABC Self Storage.

The staff is friendly and mostly nice but they are not very honest in their practices. I would stay away from that storage. Also during heavy rains it floods the units real bad. So if you are storing anything there he ready to bring some pallets or anything to raise the level so your stuff doesn’t get moldy...

I have been trying to pay my bill for weeks. I call I'm on hold forever no answer. My daughter, my son in law and a friend have taken me to the location several times to pay my Bill. They don't respond but they hit me with hundreds of dollars in late fees and then put a lock on my storage unit. This is a very shady place of business. Tomorrow I am calling the better business bureaus and a lawyer. I have to have some rights. This place is the worst please do not put yourself in my shoes. They've been nothing but a problem. I need to get my stuff out of there ASAP.
