The staff was friendly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. They have the best prices in the area, the space is clean/secure and in a centralized location. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend ABC Self Storage.

I have been trying to pay my bill for weeks. I call I'm on hold forever no answer. My daughter, my son in law and a friend have taken me to the location several times to pay my Bill. They don't respond but they hit me with hundreds of dollars in late fees and then put a lock on my storage unit. This is a very shady place of business. Tomorrow I am calling the better business bureaus and a lawyer. I have to have some rights. This place is the worst please do not put yourself in my shoes. They've been nothing but a problem. I need to get my stuff out of there ASAP.

I have had units with them for 15 years . My one unit was broken into , but , there are no securitity cameras so i dont know when it hahappened or who did it . Before that i had a camper stored there Nd someone was actually living in it . I have asked for the owners phone number and was refused. The lady that was there before was very nice . She retired . The person that is there now is a b**** . I put an envelope with 178 dollars in the drop slot which i have done many times . The new person is a thief . Never have i ever hax a problem until now . I was charged a lot of late fees plus still had to comeup with another 178 dollars . I have asked repeadly for the owners number but am told i cant give that out . I asked if he could call me . Sorry that is not possible . I am not a happy camper at this point !!!!

The staff at ABC is wonderful and friendly. I needed to buy some boxes and tape and they had great prices. Also, I called around before moving in and ABC has the BEST prices and move in specials on a 10 x 10 storage unit, which is what I needed. Best rates in Round Lake!

Great place to store! I moved in a few moths ago and they just added new asphalt. Fully secure with a gate and everyone gets their own individual gate code. They also rent Uhauls which was perfect for our move. Oh, and they sell locks too. Easy and quick process for move in and better rates than Public Storage or Extra Space!

Best rates and service around! I've stored for 3 years here and the managers are always friendly and the storage units unit rates beat Public Storage, Cubesmart, Metro and Extra Space by a MILE! They also have boxes and moving supplies for sale! Danielle is very warm and friendly every time I am there! I highly recommend ABC Storage!
