I believe her name is Cynthia. She was so helpful. But she sorted everything sorted out Took over an hour So I am very happy with service I got and will continue to only comeback to your store. The other store on Rollins Road is horrible bad service and bad attitude.

So came in to Boost Mobile today, and the guy literally made us wait at 10:20 for 5 minutes while he finished his training and then yelled at me. Because I wasn't happy that we were the only ones in here. And he was making us wait.

Worst customer service , ive come here multiple times for problems with my service and all those times they wer very unhelpful and the girls seem to have the worst attitude. They need to be fired. Thanks to them ive cancelled service and switched . Now my dad is about to cancel his service as well.

Many boost store push unnecessary and unwanted product or are empty of anyone with understanding of the actual boost network and its issues. This one is one of the few that was staffed with knowledgeable staff focused on creating a great customer experience.

Giving this store 1 store due to the fact that I just called the store asking for a new sim card for the updated network and was told that I would have to pay $25 to receive it. Even though we all got the message saying it was free to get IN STORE. Some of these stores are out to make a quick buck. DO NOT PAY SOMEONE FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE FREE!! 10/28/21 @ 4:30pm

I've had Boost Mobile service for many, many years. Overall I'm happy with their service.Ive bought a lot of phones over the years and I've found I have the greatest amount of issues with phones purchased from the Round Lake store.They're nice, but the phones aren't setup properly and it's a struggle to get it corrected with tech support. You have to talk to so many low level reps before they escalate it to a person that really knows how to fix it.It gets really frustrating.

Got ripped off. Salesman works on commission and will say or do anything to sell products. A horrible place.

Boost mobile allowed my cell phone number to fraudulently be moved to a different provider allowing all my 2 factor authentication codes to follow the fraudulent person.I think it was someone working for boost mobile.Do not get service here.
