Was over charged for a medication. I thought this was odd that it was more expensive but purchased anyway which was a mistake. When I later went back to pick up another medication it was even more expensive, and I refused to pay that much. I questioned them why it was so expensive and the woman working in the pharmacy said that's what the price was with my insurance. I later called my insurance to see why the price went up so much. They said CVS didn't file any claims with my insurance for either medication. I was very upset and called them to find out what happened. The gentlemen I talked to at the pharmacy said that he had another insurance on file for me. I've had the same insurance for years and have never changed it. I had to give him all my insurance information all over again. I asked him if I could get a partial refund since I was overcharged. He said he was only able to give me a refund if it was two weeks after I had purchased the medication. I became more upset and said it didn't seem right that they had over charged me, and they wouldn't give me a partial refund. He again told me he wouldn't issue me a refund. I asked to talk to a manager, and he said she won't give you a refund either and put me on hold. The manager told me the same thing and refused to give me a partial refund. I then asked for a store credit which she reluctantly agreed to but told me I must always question them if the price isn't right in the future before purchasing it like it was all my fault. I didn't get an apology and I don't feel like I needed to fight with them to get a store credit which just should have been offered if they couldn't issue me a partial refund since it was their error to begin with. That's just horrible customer service. I've been a customer there for years and now after this experience I'm never going back. I'm having all my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

horrible service. Incapable workers. The pharmacy technician hung up on me twice while trying to get information about my prescription. This happened on May 11th, 2021 at 12:30pm. I would never recommend anyone come to this particular CVS on account of their employees ineptitude and their lack of professionalism.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I went today for my booster shot. I was rudely acknowledged at the pharmacy by the pharmacytech, Cindy. She told me, go to that window and they'll check you in. Pharmacist, Angela came up and asked for my name and card. Then she practically yelled at me cause my card didn't have my birthday filled out. I told her I dunno why isn't wasn't and that I didn't fill out my card. She then told me to wait behind the blue curtain and have my arm ready. I pointed and said over there? She said BEHIND THE BLUE CURTAIN AND HAVE YOUR ARM READY! I'm newer to the area and have never been to this CVS, how the f would I know where to go?! She said i needed to wait 15 min after my booster to make sure I didn't have any reactions and just 8 min later she told me I could leave. I also witnessed her being extremely rude to the customer who had an appt after me and her and the pharmacy tech being rude to customers inquiring about covid home tests.I will be calling to speak with her manager tomorrow. I'm only trying to do the right thing and get vaccinated to be able to visit my mom in a rehabilitation facility. I didn't need to be treated like an asshole!!!! Screw this pharmacy and their entire staff! Shame on all of you and learn some God damn manners!

The cashiers at this location are very rude! I had a young boy cashier yell at me to put my card in now, and I was trying to ask how to get cash back. He told me he didn't know and to just pay. Very bad experience every time I visit.!

This location is the worst pharmacy I've ever done business with. They promise your prescriptions to be filled in an hour. I'll call 3 hours later having received no update to pick up. They respond with "it'll be another half hour" I wait the half hour and they say "it'll be another 10-15 minutes" this has happened to me 5 times already. Complete disregard for customer. never even receive an apology for the inconvenience. 0 stars from me.

So I recently moved 0.4 miles away from this CVS and as a previous Walgreen's snob, i was dejected and swore to only go in if absolutely necessary. I reluctantly signed up for a CVS Extracare card and switched my one prescription over. Well 4 months later, I end up here more than I care to admit! It is a perfect place to run for that one ingredient you forgot at the grocery store, the bottle of wine that you need on Friday night or, as in the case this morning, milk for the baby to drink. 9/10 times they have had what I was looking for. (They don't have tortilla shells... an assortment of other bread products but no tortillas.) I docked a star because sometimes cleanliness is an issue in this store and oh my Lawd, those receipts are the definition of deforestation. The employees are always friendly, helpful and attentive. And I roll in at maximum neediness, crying baby, hungover, stressed out, in my pajamas, etc. I haven't had any dealings with the pharmacy yet but I will later today. I am assuming they will also adhere to the high standards set by the front of store staff.

I've been coming to this CVS for over 10yrs now and it's my favorite pharmacy in the area. Between sale items and rewards, it's definitely my Go-To store. I'm very shocked at all the bad reviews especially in regards customer service. I've never ever had an issue with service. Now I will say that the past year or so new employees were hired and it seems they do not know how to handle the line that forms when 1 customer wants to do multiple transactions with coupons, etc... that really needs to be controlled by the staff and a maximum should be put in force. Other than that, the staff has always been welcoming and they always greet everyone.

Pharmacy really needs revamping,seems no one knows what to stock or even as far as pharmacies go this dates back to the Frontier days! Even the staff moves at a slower pace,it's really sad to see what was supposed to be a competitor to walgreens not even comes close!as of sept 25th 2017 things have not changed for the better only for the worse!! Brought in 5 scripts after being released from hosp.with pneumonia ,dropped them was told to come back in an hour to which I did a low an behold 1 was ready and the other scripts just vanished!!! Incredible! I was even told I never had them!!!wow! They think everyone lies about serious inhalers? What I'm preparing to become the next series of "breakin bad in round lake"wow!!!!!! Now I've been here almost 45 min.an they found them!! But now they gotta verify with the hosp.to make sure I'm the right person(figured that's what a license was for but "ok""so there goes another 45 min this place really needs someone to run this pharmacy who knows what their doing!!!!°
