Nice people work there but THEY ARE SLOW! Things have gotten worse now that they have hired more folks.

Great job failing to fill a new insulin prescription & canceling my syringes. Can’t get syringes here unless you pay out of pocket. Run as fast as you can from this CVS: it’s always understaffed, they close the drive-thru due to staffing; will lie about calling your doc, will cancel refills if they can’t get it immediately & don’t seem to care. Anywhere…literally anywhere is better than this location.

There is a reason this locations rating is low. This place is a joke - trust nothing advertised at this location- there’s a good chance it’s false. This is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to use this CVS- we are done! Terrible customer service. They are not prepared, their system is slow and everything takes 3 times as longer than going to Walgreens, Osco or Walmart.

Worst pharmacy service ever. I have been there 3 times to pick up my aspirin prescription. Yes aspirin prescription. I'm a 2 time stroke survivor and that is one of the prescriptions that prevents another stroke with other preventative prescriptions. I was told to just buy it over the counter. No it is prescribed to me for a reason to ensure I take it and don't have another stroke, please fill in a prescription bottle. I was told to come back again. What do I pick up? A box of over the counter aspirin with a prescription label stuck to it. Wow. I have no words. Walgreens would never do this to me. Rude and demeaning. This place deserves negative stars.... I hate this place.

OK.. So Today I went thru the Pharmacy Drive Thru to pick up my dog's seizure medicine. The pharmacy tech got the info, came back and said $45 aprox. She opened the slide drawer, I put my credit card and a Good RX coupon for the medicine for $ 23 aprox. She sent my card back in the drawer and told me she had to rebill the script due to the coupon. Said it would take a few minutes... I said ok , No problem. After a minute she returns and tells me I need to circle around so they can help the car that just pulled up behind me...*** I then moved forward and started to go around to get back in line, and stopped and parked *** I was thinking why do I have to move out of line for a few minute wait. I had to wait over a minute to just get help originally *** So now I go in to get the script. A different person helps me, they had to do this or that, it took another minute...no big deal...I made a comment upon completion, Why did I have to get out of line, to circle around, instead of waiting my turn for the 3 minutes. ** He explained, because we had to rebill it ***....I walked away... on my way to the front door in utter shock...no big deal for me to wait, but to make me get out of line over a few minute fix, is my issue. I was there first and should be assisted in that manner... I was about to walk out, maybe I should have, I saw 3 employees huddled up down by the photo area... I had to approach them.... I asked who is the store manager? 2 girls point to the guy in the middle... I explained to him my concern and issue. Wow..should have walked out instead.. He said ok, never apologized, or said any encouraging words of wisdom....stood there like a zombie. I am a customer explaining my frustration and he didn't care one bit......what kind of people are in charge? maybe that is why Walgreens is kicking your CVS behind....

Unable to release my Rx to a relative because the barcode wouldn't load and the link to that image via email wouldn't load. You have the order number and confirmation email with the status reflecting PAID.told my relative to move on through since she couldn't release the Rx without it. Yet...anyone with out that email confirmation with my CVS and all can just know my DOB and take my Rx without the hasssle. I called and the lady was pushy and rude said "what do you want me to do about it." It's paid for or just have him pay and cancel the Express Rx transaction.

The pharmacy is great! If they dont have my medication ready when I get there, they try to get it ready asap. The pharmacists are always very helpful and knowledgeable!

Literally the worst service I've ever had. One star is too generous. My girlfriend just had hip surgery, so I drop her off and get her settled at her aunt's house after driving from the hospital. I immediately go to CVS to drop off 5 prescriptions for her; I arrived at 5:30 pm. I was told that it would be at least an hour, so I tell them that I will be back in 1 hour. I come back, and they had only filled one prescription - that they told me wouldnt even be covered by insurance for the full supply the doctor wrote! Then, the pharmacy tech asks her pharmacist "oh is there only one? Because the computer says there is 4 other ones here. Where are they?" and the pharmacist says "well I dont even know." And then goes back to filling other prescriptions.

So I recently moved 0.4 miles away from this CVS and as a previous Walgreen's snob, i was dejected and swore to only go in if absolutely necessary. I reluctantly signed up for a CVS Extracare card and switched my one prescription over. Well 4 months later, I end up here more than I care to admit! It is a perfect place to run for that one ingredient you forgot at the grocery store, the bottle of wine that you need on Friday night or, as in the case this morning, milk for the baby to drink. 9/10 times they have had what I was looking for. (They don't have tortilla shells... an assortment of other bread products but no tortillas.) I docked a star because sometimes cleanliness is an issue in this store and oh my Lawd, those receipts are the definition of deforestation. The employees are always friendly, helpful and attentive. And I roll in at maximum neediness, crying baby, hungover, stressed out, in my pajamas, etc. I haven't had any dealings with the pharmacy yet but I will later today. I am assuming they will also adhere to the high standards set by the front of store staff.

I've been coming to this CVS for over 10yrs now and it's my favorite pharmacy in the area. Between sale items and rewards, it's definitely my Go-To store. I'm very shocked at all the bad reviews especially in regards customer service. I've never ever had an issue with service. Now I will say that the past year or so new employees were hired and it seems they do not know how to handle the line that forms when 1 customer wants to do multiple transactions with coupons, etc... that really needs to be controlled by the staff and a maximum should be put in force. Other than that, the staff has always been welcoming and they always greet everyone.
