Melissa and her staff have been wonderful! Our rescue dog is very shy and apprehensive in new situations. The staff have always been so calm, patient and compassionate with her and helped her to feel comfortable. And my dog always comes out with a nice groom!

My 17 yo Shitzu is crossing the rainbow bridge on Tuesday. I purposefully left her hair to grow so I could keep some hair with her ashes. I’ve planned a golden hour photo session for tonight for my final tangible memories. Although when I looked at her today, she was looking a bit scruffy and I wanted to see her lovely eyes in the photos for sure. I was kind of in a panic since we have the photos tonight, but Melissa did just as I asked and touched up her face only and will help to have my last memories treasured ones.melissa squeezed us in between appointments and treated my senior dog with love and kindness. I couldn’t be more grateful. Lots of people in this business for a buck, but this was pure kindness ❣️

Melissa and her team are the best!! Very reasonable prices and they take such good care of all the animals they work with. Our dog can be a little feisty but Melissa and her team handle him without a problem. He warmed up to them right away and enjoys his grooms. If you're looking for a groomer, I'd highly recommend them!!

My pup always looked very good after the groom (that's why I kept coming back) but they would forget about my appointments. One time they forgot to write it down... still squeezed me in that day though. Other time I was sitting in front of the garage for 20 min until they finally saw my message and noticed that I was there. Finally, October last year nobody bothered to notify me that the appointments are cancelled and I sat in front of that garage door yet again... until another customer showed up and told me what's going on. Somehow they did reach out to her to schedule a bath for her dog at MY scheduled appt time. Mind you, you always schedule them at least a month in advance. I have not heard from them since. I see they are back in business but never bothered to respond to my messages. I understand that they had some emergency situation (at least that's what I read online) but somehow managed to notify the other person. Also, why no response after they reopened the business. Very unprofessional. I do not feel like a valued customer at all. It's too bad because I really liked how they groomed my doggo...

Business is temporarily closed, as owner became unexpectedly incapacitated in early October. Her husband felt it wasn’t important to inform clientele that their appointments were canceled.I’m leaving this here in the hopes whomever needs to see this will see it and not think Melissa ghosted them. I will remove this review when the situation changes.

She ghosted us. I have taken my 2 dogs here a few times and I always pre schedule all there appointments 8 weeks and I scheduled an appointment for October 13 and we showed up and I texted and no response called with no response and went up to the door and no response she just ghosted us. Now weeks later with still no response. Got my dogs groomed at a new place and will never go back here!

I feel that Melissa is very passionate about her profession and she is taking such great care of each and every “fur baby” that she did not that 1 star review or comment about a “real job”. If I need a haircut I make an appointment and wait for the next available time. My barber can’t cut my son’s hair until the end of next week, do I insult him and tell him to get a “real job”? Maybe you should plan in advance if you know your baby needs a haircut rather than blame the groomer for your poor time management. I love Melissa and her family they are always loving and genuine when I provide my “service” to them and they deserve the same respect. Rock on girl! I think you always deserve 5 stars!!!- RHI.:))

Professional, friendly, loving and good at thier jobs. My dog came out happy and clean and had her cute bandana. Thier pricing is very reasonable for the amazing service they provide. I'll easily go back to them
