We bought a phone and paid in full. We was told the phone was unlocked. When we tried to set it up with new service, the phone was locked. We came to this location to get help unlocking the phone but because we switched to TMOBILE, the lady said she couldn't help me directly with customer service because I no longer have an account. I went outside to try the phone number again and reached someone on the phone. When I went back in the store to tell my boyfriend, the lady was on the phone with customer service trying to help him do exactly what I just asked her to do. Interesting... I guess you have to be a man to get customer service here lol

I used to go to the McHenry store until one of the "coolest managers ever" relocated and left for round lake, r.l. beach area. I'd never step foot in the McHenry store again, it's worth the drive for me and my fam, 4 accounts all together to do business with people who actually give two f's about their customers. shame on you McHenry store, you're most likely doin pretty bad once the crew changed to the present one. #greatcompanybademloyee #notjaded

This is the worst service ever. When I got my phone turned on, they gave me the incorrect number. There is always an issue with the system when you come back to pay the bill. And they are NEVER willing to give you a receipt. And the employees attitudes are very rude and disrespectful.

Lied to me about phone insurance and said my new A52 5G phone was considered a tier 5 device and would cost $12. Found out later they were completely wrong. The A52 5G is a tier 4 device. Same as my old phone I was upgrading from, the iPhone SE. The insurance should have stayed the same price and I should not have been told otherwise as I was checking out. Due to this blatant misinformation I now have no insurance because I can't add it back. Another thing they did not warn me about. Made a claim, but not sure if anything will be done to make this right.
