Im very grateful the doctor was able to see my puppy even though it was sunday night. He did everything needed to find out my puppy swallowed something that was making him feel sick. Not first time there, always nice and comprehensive

Stopped taking our animals here well over a year ago. While the desk staff is friendly, the same can’t be said about the doctors. They have misdiagnosed both our dog and cat. Given them unnecessary medication that did NOT help at all. They also had no answers to questions, didn’t take the time to answer them and over change insanely. I won’t go into lengthy detail, but switching over to Banfield was the best decision made for our pets health and well being.

I usually use this facility to board my diabetic cat. Honestly after boarding at other places in the area, I'll always try to board here. The cat are in a separate, calmer room and the staff here is fantastic and caring. They monitored his behavior and when he wasn't eating they had Dr. Hafeez look at him and called me. All in all, highly recommend for boarding. Prices for boarding as very reasonable as well.

There should be a button to leave zero stars or negative because if there was this is the place for it! I had several pets that were being cared for by this office and I truly did enjoy my original experience with them and thought that they had cared about my pets well-being. Or at least I was fooled to believe that while I was there cash cow. The last time one of my dogs was seen by their main doctor it was for a casual allergy flare up he is known to get during the summer weather in the past 3 years that I've had him. Other than that he's a very healthy dog who has never needed to be on any type of medication other than the occasional allergy shots for a flare-up. As soon as my dog was seen I could see that the doctor had intentions of making this the most lucrative appointment for himself and his time he was being forced to waste spending seeing my dog. I was told he had a slight temperature and would need an antibiotic on top of his cytopoint injection. In which I was fine with doing if it was going to help him overall with his flare up. Doctor comes back and gives my dog 2 injections without explaining or telling me what they were so I assumed it must have just been the dosage he required of the cytopoint at their location broken up differently then our previous vet,etc Immediately after giving him the injections I asked him if he was still planning on sending us home with antibiotics and was told no already gave it to him. I was so confused and said really how is that? He tells me its an injection that last 6 weeks so you dont have to deal with pills. I was immediately concerned and began asking a million questions as we were heading to the front desk to check out as to what side effects should I watch out for particularly I was concerned about. Was told numerous times ohh there are no side effects maybe soreness at spot of injection. Aside from the huge price tag of that "antibiotic injection" I reluctantly took my dog home and within 30 minutes saw him change to a entirely different dog then he was before our appointment. Hes a otherwise very healthy 3 yr old Chihuahua and jack Russell mix(tons of energy and very playful) suddenly laying lethargic on the couch and twitching his legs oddly as he laid there not wanting to get up to eat or go outside to potty and progressively became worse. I contacted the office to ask if this was normal and was given different advice EVERY single time nobody knew what they were taking about and at one point was told to give my already insanely lethargic dog benedryl! I immediately questioned if that was safe and then was told ohh yeah no dont give him the benedryl if hes already that lethargic.Jump forward 24 hrs and I literally lied awake all night just to make sure my dog didn't stop breathing as I couldn't get him up and moving STILL. Looked up the name of this type of antibiotic that was given to him and immediately found out it is extremely controversial in the veterinary business as most vets wont even offer it anymore due to reports of so many pets responding poorly while on it and even dying from it. I called them as soon as they opened next day to speak to office manager and let them know how upset I WAS THAT my pet is a completely different dog now because of this medication that the Dr chose to give him without asking me or getting my permission first.I would have been more then happy giving him and antibiotic in pill form as I expected to anyways. After a bunch of oh there must have been a misunderstanding bs I sent them video's of my dogs current state and was issued a refund and an apology. Now I find out my pets were put on a no service ban type of list when i called to verify questions on their records and due dates for vaccinations. Good ridens until one of these days you recklessly kill somebody else's pet from your arrogance and carelessness! Our pets are not your cash cows grow a consiounce or get out of the business all together! lesson learned!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS OUTTHERE!

Very Long wait, about 50mins to be exact but I do have to say the female Vet we saw was very informative and professional. I appreciate how involved and caring she was looking at each product and supplement we give our dog. Will return to see her.

This place deserves 0 stars. The doctors misdiagnose all the time and will charge crazy amounts for unnecessary testing. One of the doctors dr. Ali isn’t a certified vet but still comes in the room doing rabies shots and all. Dr. H (if you even see him) will stay in the room for less than 3 mins and won’t explain anything that is going on with your dog he will just come back with injections to give them. If you care about your animals do not go to this vet!
