I was told my car will be done on Monday. I left it on Saturday. In reality Monday and Tuesday no one called and no one responded my calls at all. I came and saw my car outside covered with a snow. No one even tried to do anything.

Mike helped us out so much due to bad transmission repairs done by another shop. He explained everything that was done when he did it for us and he worked with us. We were stranded when our car stopped and he came out of his way to help us get going again. We really appreciate everything he has done! Thank you, Mike!

Fast and friendly! Liquid was leaking into the car and luckily we were right next to Alpha Automotive. Matt immediately took the car and fixed it up in no time! We're so appreciative of his attentiveness and quick repair.

Absolutely take your car here!!! Mike is very knowledge and friendly. They have the most fair prices around too and they offer services to pick you up or drop you off which is awesome. I can tell he’s the kind of mechanic who isn’t trying to upsell you and take your money for no reason. Overall he’s just a really great guy and I’m glad I found this place! Definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service and top notch work. This was my second time using Alpha. I Called the shop when my brakes started grinding real bad after being recently replaced. They told me to bring it in right away but I had to find a sitter. They told me they would come pick up my car( I live local) so I didn’t have to put my kids in the car with an issue. Replaced my brake lines quickly and even brought the car back to my house. What? Who does that? They have a customer for life with me. Highly recommend. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff.

I recently took my 08 Toyota Sienna to get a second opinion regarding new shocks and struts. Thankfully Mike and his team notice a more important issue with an oil leak that me previous mechanic of many years did not mention or take time to fix. If I had not taken my van to Mike I would have had engine failure.

If you are looking for a reliable local auto shop this is your spot! I take our vehicles to our local firestone until my son started driving and found this local shop that he praised about all the time. Well long story short his 2010 Chevrolet Silverado started shaking when he would accelerate. We took it to the dealership they said 1 thing and took my 200.00 diagnostic and we took it to Firestone and they told us another thing and at the end we took it to Alpha. Mike not only explained but showed us the issue that was completely different then what we were told. He has the patience and the right attitude of a mechanic you want to work with. Thank you Mike we will be coming back for future maintenance.

Mike went above and beyond to help me get on back on the road faster! I have a used car that I bought 2 months ago and was having big problems. Alpha Automotive identified it quickly and found an engine to replace it with at a super quick turn around. Mike helped navigate the warranty process and helped to get me back on the road faster than I could have imagined with an engine being replaced. He communicated well and showed understanding to my checking in and urgency to get a car back so I could manage my large family and the driving needs.
I was really impressed with his help and through the first week the quality of the work has been top notch! We will continue to bring our cars to Alpha after this first experience!
