“Anne is an incredibly kind and compassionate human being. My daughter had a recent injury and was given love and care from her this morning when we visited. She’s never met my daughter, yet she treated us like old friends.
She talked to her about flowers, showed her mum heart to me, and gave my daughter a wonderful experience.
