“They did such an amazing job!! I got my roof on my Chevy Equinox replaced and they did great. The staff are the nicest people I've ever met and answered all of the questions I had. They even fixed my twisted seatbelt on my passenger side and cleaned my car when it was done, it looked brand new. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs any service done. “The transmission went out in my car and I was stranded 45 minutes from home. I requested roadside assistance from my insurance company and Jason and Blake of Alton Area Towing & Repair came to get me. They were polite, professional, and incredibly nice. We took my car to the place listed in my insurance company’s info and it had LONG been out of business. Jason and Blake didn’t complain and simply hooked y car up again and off we went. Along the way to garage #2 I found out their company also did auto repairs. I said “Then let’s go to your shop”. While they checked my car out, Jason gave me a ride to a Taco Bell a couple of miles away. A couple of hours later, Blake called and said he thought he had it working well enough that I could make it home (I DID!). I began the 2 mile walk back and before I’d gone very far, here came Blake to pick me up and give me a ride back to their shop. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve received such good service from a place I wasn’t already familiar with. GREAT people!!”

Had them repaint a car that was repaired by another body shop and the paint match was absolutely perfect. Great communication, very friendly, would highly recommend this place. “I was getting my tires replaced at Sam's Club across the street and one of the lug nuts was rusted and swollen and not able to be removed. Went across the street to John and he got me right in and took care of it in 2 minutes in and out as a courtesy. That's fantastic service and I'll be going back.”

He had to go back to the shop for a compressor because my spare was flat and he did so without any attitude! He was awesome, pleasant, skilled and efficient. “My 21 year old daughter had just left us from Texas, flew into St. Louis, got to The Parking Spot and found she was stranded with a flat tire and the lug nut covers were stripped. After a failed attempt to get the covers off, Mike loaded my daughters car and her into his truck and took her to the only tire service facility that we could find. We were trying to help from 14 hours away and felt helpless. In this day and age, you don’t know who is trustworthy! When he arrived at the tire place, he refused to leave my daughter there by herself because it was sketchy! He took her to a safe place, removed her tire himself and sent her on her 2 hour trip home!
