“Pretty clean and the free wifi is a definite plus. They have an app you can download to pay for your washer and dryer time. I used it a few times in the beginning but it doesn't seem very reliable. Once it let me wash but wouldn't let me pay for dryer time. And it automatically puts a $20 hold on your debit card which stays there for days. I will no longer use the app and just take cash.”
“Amazing service! Our family does the fluff and fold and it is always so amazingly well done! They pick it up and drop it off with things hung up, things folded nice and neat and just overall great! I wanted to give 4 stars to get some attention and that is because I think they should have some kind of loyalty program or something to reward those of us who regularly utilize this service. It’s super helpful and it’s worth the money but it can get costly something like for every 10 fluff and fold loads get one free or half off or something would be amazing! Otherwise Brandon was the person who I ran into this morning and he was super friendly and amazing!!
Create a loyalty program and I’ll bump it up to 5 😊
(Otherwise their service is 5 stars I just wanted to throw that out there 🤣🤣🤣)”
