“Little hard to find because didn't know where one was located and checked maps wasn't there. So on way to one 1.5 mi away I saw it at closed business. Had to post the location so everyone could find it.”
“I was expecting the delivery of my baby's urn today. The tracking information was stating that it was out for delivery but also was ready for pick up. I explained to the gentlemen what I was expecting and he asked for a few minutes. He immediately called back and said it was on a truck, but the driver was bringing it directly to me. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but my family and I are so grateful for your kindness and the importance put behind the delivery of something so special to our family!”

“It all depends on a combination of when you visit the post office and how many people happen to be there as far as how pleasant your visit will be. If you're getting a passport you need to make an appointment.”
“I must say, this is by far the best Post Office that I have ever visited. Ms. Stephanie is a joy to be around. She is sweet, funny, and has great customer service. I appreciate her thoughtfulness when it comes to customers and assisting them with their mail. You can tell that this post office is a place of order!”

“Justin with 7 reviews that gave this place 1 star, this is a direct response for you. If you went to Popeye's on 39th Ave for dinner tonight and they were filthy animals there with cold dry food, would you use the Hwy 11 location in Racine to write your review or the 39th Ave location? No different here, if you have a problem with Brookfield shouldn't you give them the review instead of this location? And in case you're wondering I gave this location a 5 because they are nice there and the place is clean and they should know that some of us appreciate the service they provide and no I don't work there nor do I personally know anyone that does that I know of. Have a nice weekend, hope you get clean mail from now on!”
“As long as you don't have a problem, you won't have a problem. Carrier didn't bring the packages I was expecting. So I had to drive the half hour to pick them up. I already expected they would not have my packages buy they did! Idk what I did, took an extra run on the roundabout, hoped on one foot, chewed my gum on the right side, idk. I wish I could figure out this routine so a can once again get mojo from the usps gods. Figure out a routine to get some mojo on your side, really anything to solve your problem before you get there. Just don't have a problem and you'll be fine.”

“This was the best serviced USPS I've ever been. Maybe I got lucky that there was no line, but the woman (sorry I didn't get the name) took lots of time to help and explain things to me. I was internationally shipping a letter and she was honest about how I can't track it and will not be guaranteed delivery so that I avoided to pay extra $30-. Thankfully my letter arrived in time, Thank you!”
