It was 3pm on a Friday and they were closed. very unhappy with this bank

Not a satisfactory interaction with bank over a years time. Would not do business with them again.

Unfortunately a senior and a veteran customer fell for a online scam and sent most of their life savings to a 3rd world country . The bank ignored several red flags and failed to do a well being check with the family. The bank president aware of the situation never even reached out to the family .
