“Everytime I have went in Tracey has been very helpful and polite. She has great customer service skills. I have managed a large well known Corporate Bank Customer Service Center, so I definitely know that she has excellent customer service skills. She maintains retention. She is well worth keeping because she keeps the customers and referrals. I would makes sure she would NEVER leave my Company. SHE IS A GEM ! GIVE TRACEY A RAISE FOR A JOB WELL DONE.???????????????????”
